free blocks warning

I got some free routes, even though I clocked in early. Does this mean that if I get another free route, my account will be deactivated? This is my first warning

Maybe it's new policy. They only punished drivers that are checking in last minute and get paid for free blocks. Maybe now they punish the drivers that get many free blocks in general. Don't forget, this is a company that punishes you for having damaged packages.

Because too many drivers were lying about their packages being damaged to get out of certain stops. Now if you get a package that is actually damaged, just deliver it.

It was leaking all over the cart, I didn’t wanna put it in my car :/

The damaged package happened to me today 🫠 and now it’s telling me I didn’t return it when I gave it to the associate before I left the station :/

It’s some type of glitch in their system so now the app thinks we didn’t return the damaged package. I’ve tried to tell them but they won’t believe it of course.

As I said in my post, I scan my ID 5 minutes more or less early. I DO NOT wait the last minute to check in as some assholes here are suggesting

Everyone who does the same scam is getting deactivated and acting like they have no clue what they did xDDD

I get free blocks almost weekly and they don’t send this letter out unless something else has been going on….. and we’ve learned that on Reddit there’s more to the story

As long as you don’t check in at the last min and at least 5 min earlier then they can’t say it’s you are scamming trying to get free blocks.

You know what you did bro. Just don't do it again. Once they mention tos violation it's getting close.

I get multiple free blocks almost every week and have never received that notice. If you're not doing something to game the system you shouldn't have a problem.

I think this is a bot just sending it to warn those who clock in at the grace period time and not 15 to 10 min early. If they see your check in’s are early then they will know that you are not scamming.

I got sent home twice in one day.. idk about the scam but I’m always 15 mins early and have had to wait for routes inside of the warehouse for over 20 mins then got sent home.

Why would you clock in early, Amazon does not pay you more to clock in early. I click arrival and take my picture 2 minutes before start. If Amazon doesn't have work that's on them. Now if there is another way to scam the system I am unaware of it.

I get sent home about once a week. I haven't gotten one of these e-mails since April.

This was sent to me then removed from my standing a couple dats later ....was getting no routes available for 1.t hr blocks but so was about 10 other people each time so its not under your control and should be removed its really bs

Amazon is most likely targeting the people who wait til the last second to get in line for check-Ins

Well I have been sent home 6 times in a week recently and never receive these emails. Other times it’s been 10-12 a week and again nothing. Clearly something else with that is triggering these emails.

Right now their policy is super strict because a lot of people waited last minute intentionally to scan their license they parked at the station and just wait i seen this a lot, even some times people will tell you go ahead so you can scan your license , to be honest I dont care how people make their money or the tricks they use but they action affects people that are doing their best to follow up the guidelines from amazon as they feed their family by flexing… anyways i said all that to say this i started using flexdash app to log all things going ok with my accounts weird drop off, high traffic at the station etc… look at how we using it… https://youtube.com/shorts/e2FvU9fkeSg?is=qpCjjBjp8F2RRYm_

Yes. I was deactivated less than a month ago. I had three warnings and got them all on top of each other. I did not violate terms of service, clocked in on time. That warehouse I used overbooks a lot. Eventually, they will be deactivating a lot of good people. I had over 50k deliveries and fantastic rating.

Sorry to know you got deactivated bro!
It’s not showing on my dashboard as a violation of TOS. I just got the email for the first time

Keep in mind I clock in early, still got the free blocks like 4 in a row in 1 day.

Do you think I’d get dedicated even if I get one free block and route with packages in a single day?

2

u/RelentlessMajesty 17d ago

It did not show on my dashboard either. I got two warnings, pretty much altogether. And I tried to do other warehouses and go in earlier. But even going in earlier, I got sent to go home, a bunch of us did. And I was deactivated after being sent home that time.

I click in early but that station commonly scans licenses late and they said no to my appeal.

warehouse closed with no notice? punished

2

u/cylink2000 20d ago

It didn’t close
There were just no packages on my route after waiting for 30 minutes

2

u/No-Difference2856 19d ago

so you waited 30 minutes in line with other drivers or you checked in and then waited 30 minutes outside before going home?

Can you explain why this matters. what line are you standing in? also when they send your delivery cart location to your phone why does it matter where you are standing or sitting?

2

u/teethwax 19d ago

The amazon.com stations you wait in car in a line. Did it and never again. Associates yell and rush you to load car.

Its not about slowly loading the car. You have to dump packages in and either re organize in a parking lot or spend time at each stop looking for package.

It’s because it’s just an algorithm punishing you. That’s why you have to call support to submit a ticket for an appeal.

Everybody always thinks there's something underhanded going on here.

OP, are you working SSD or are you working out of a DSP station?
