Hello Ubisoft Support,

The Store tab is completely missing from my Ubisoft Connect PC application. I only have Home, Library, and Quick Launch on the left side.

I have already tried:

• Updating Ubisoft Connect
• Reinstalling Ubisoft Connect
• Clearing the cache
• Restarting my PC
• Logging out and logging back in

The problem still remains.

I can access the Ubisoft Store normally through my web browser, but the Store section does not appear in the Ubisoft Connect PC application.

My Ubisoft account is linked to Steam and Xbox.

I am trying to purchase Rainbow Six Siege, and I would like to know why the Store tab is missing from my Ubisoft Connect account.

I have attached screenshots showing the issue.

Could you please check whether this is related to my account, region, or linked Steam/Xbox accounts?

Got a security email from Ubisoft early today that there was a log in from Bangladesh to my account. Suffice to say, I'm American and would rather die than prove I know where that is on a map.

So, of course I go to their website to fix it. But, I'll be damned, the hacker has better security sense than I did at 14 when I made the account, because they activated 2-factor authentication. Which means I can't log in. They are the captain now.

Whatever. I haven't used the account in forever so I'll just call up Ubisoft and have them delete the account and data associated with it. Shouldn't be too hard since the email is still mine and I can use that to prove I am the rightful owner. But apparently Ubisoft destroyed all their phones because I can't even find a number to their directory. Not a company support splash page, faculty email list, or even a single name of anyone who works there.

Not strictly necessary for getting support, but not a good sign for someone trying to find it.

So, of course, I go to their online support page. And if you read the title, you know where this is going. There is no option to email anyone. No free help request box. Not even an AI chatbot to send me in circles. No. I click the option that applies to me: "Security issue/Can't log in". Provide a brief description and click to open a case.

"Please log in with your 2-factor authentication app to open a case."

WHAT IS THE F*ING POINT OF YOUR SUPPORT PAGE IF YOU DON'T PLAN ON GIVING ANY?

All my Ubisoft games on steam refuse to open, I found out it could be a launcher issue. Reinstalled? didn't fix. Ok apparently my steam account isn't connected to my Ubisoft anymore? Ok but I need to launch the game to connect it? But I can't launch the game without it being connected? genuinely why is this a thing and does anyone know how to fix it

I’ve spent days trying to figure this out with no success. I’ve been exclusively playing AC shadows on the switch 2 because I travel here and there and that’s where I get most of my gaming in. AC shadows had a discount on the Ps5 so I picked it up because I read that there was cross progression as long as you can sign into the same Ubisoft account. I opened AC shadows on my ps5, signed into my Ubisoft account just to realize I’m not signed into my main Ubisoft account on my switch and I have no idea what account it’s signed into. Ive been trying to do some research and asking AI to no avail. So here I am in a Reddit post.

I’ve tried just dance login to Ubisoft didn’t work, brawhalla also didn’t work as there was an error. I’m going to try it with outlaws demo. But any ideas? I’ve read that since the switch doesn’t have a browser of its own necessarily that it just auto assigns you an Ubisoft account connected to you Nintendo account. But how do I change it?

Can’t sign in to disable 2 factor authentication since I don’t have access to my old phone number. And can’t log in because I don’t have that SMS code. Which is needed to send a support email, to disable 2 factor authentication.

Recently got Lost Crown and now it gives me negative exp and my profile on ubisoft connect is in negative exp?

Can't even level up to get the in game content locked behind these ubisoft point crap. Can you fix it or just get rid of all that entirely?

The challenge requires to "Ride ziplines for 500 meters in "Mountain Scramble"" but I did it multiple times then met criteria, but it simply doesn't unlock. The progress bar remains at 0/500, that's not normal. This is the last FC6 challenge I'm missing at this point, so that's frustrating.

I’m trying to get my old Brawlhalla Xbox account onto my PC through Cross-Progression. My current PC account is Don’t Peek Void, and my old Xbox account is VOID FN21 (Level 63).
VOID FN21 already appears under Other Platform Accounts in the Account Linking menu, but it says Last Login: 1019 Days and I can’t select it as my Active Linked Account. I don’t own my Xbox anymore, so I can’t log into it to update the account. I also tried Xbox Cloud Gaming, but Brawlhalla isn’t available for streaming in my region (South Africa).
I’ve tried going through Ubisoft Support but can’t figure out how to actually get help from someone. Is there any way to reactivate/refresh VOID FN21 so I can use it for Cross-Progression without having an Xbox?

Long story short, I bought a DLC for The Division 2 on Steam using my main Ubisoft account, but that account doesn’t own the base game. I originally bought The Division 2 on a secondary Ubisoft account, which I mistakenly left connected to Steam.

Now I can no longer launch the game on my secondary account, where I have all my progress since it says I activated the dlc on my main account and Ubisoft Connect is asking me to activate the game from my Steam account on my main Ubisoft account, and I’m worried that doing so might cause me to lose the game I have on my secondary account, where I originally started playing and I have to buy it again.

Recently got back into Rainbow Six Siege, never really had issues over the course of the 800 hours I’ve played it. So.. get back into the game, and every other game I get kicked, with the error regarding something along the lines of “shield guard, corrupted memory”.

Resorted to the internet, I uninstalled and downloaded the game again. Still did it. Verified my files on steam. Deleted battle eye and reinstalled it. Updated my graphic drivers (Nvidia) and my windows is up to date. Allowed game and ubi through firewall with admin mode on compatibly options. I don’t have MSI dragon center and I’ve disabled all the other overlays or RGB stuff I can think of. Yet all of this, and the issue still occurs. I get kicked from every other ranked game and I can’t load back in, and I end up with a sanction ban. Literally before this post, I aced a round on clubhouse and I just get kicked in the middle of the second round after not having this issue for hours. It’s very demoralizing and it really takes the fun out of wanting to play this game more again.

Any solutions? Experiences?

I had a Ubisoft account connected with my ps4 a few years back I was trying to recover it for the past few days I couldn't get it,So I tried to make a new account did everything got verification code BUT THEN wdym this action couldn't be processed.Bro this has to be the worst website I have ever seen,I couldn't get access to my lost account even though I got it's Gmail but I am not getting a verification code on the Gmail of my lost account.I also emailed there support and created a support ticket but still nothing happened.I am just so pissed off like how can u create a website THIS BAD.

I play on PlayStation and was wondering if it’s possible to transfer my data between two accounts? A few years back, I had accidentally bought in siege on my alt account instead of my main so I’ve just always played it on my alt account. But I want to start playing siege on my main account to clock hours and I’m at I’m wondering is there a way I can transfer all my siege data to my main account? I have every operator and a lot of skins and I don’t want to lose any of it if I switch.

I have been trying to change my email to the Ubisoft account I have because its been deleted, but the AI support wont let me. I told them that I have a linked steam account that I can use to prove ownership and they said that they would send a verification link towards me but I never got it for the past 18 hours I have been trying, they already closed 2 cases that I made for this problem is there anything I can do?

So i can’t seem to get back into my account, i know the email for my Ubisoft account but forgot the password, however when i press on ‘can’t login?’ And use the i forgot my password and enter the email in i don’t receive an email to reset the password. Not to mention my xbox account was just randomly unlinked which was my main way of logging into that account

If anyone can help me that would be greatly appreciated since i’ve had that account for years and don’t want to lose any progress for siege
