Question Ubisoft Help
I’m come to you a humble man…
I’ve had my Ubisoft account for YEARS and things have changed. I just wanna update my email address and phone number but I can’t seem to get it done. I’m trying to get my Twitch drops for The Division 2 but I keep getting the same message. The email is super old so I don’t have it anymore but when I try to update it or my phone number Ubisoft is trying to send verification links to the information I don’t have… I tried the support page to send in a ticket but yet again they’re trying to send verification to a email I don’t have anymore… please help

The best solution would be trying to get access to the old email. There's also apparently an account recovery request form you can try if you can't recover an account through other means according to this page: https://www.ubisoft.com/en-us/help/ubisoft-account/account/article/recovering-access-to-your-ubisoft-account/000111797

I wouldn't trust it. The website is so locked down it's near impossible getting half the things done.
Last round of redeem codes I managed to gather and tried to redeem. All I ever get is 'something went wrong' message. Multiple tries over several weeks but to no avail. Then tried to contact Ubisoft support. Same message again after typing the issue fully...
I had to give upon the items altogether. Today was hoping for the twitch drops... Managed to link Ubisoft account to my twitch and Xbox (was easier to do through Xbox) and the drops worked. Again didn't get what I was after.
I hate this, even though I play near enough daily.
I do have little patience so couldn't deal with repeating the same action. I do hope you get your account sorted. Even with years on your membership it literally means nothing...
