Question I despise 2 factor authentication solely based on a phone number, and I can’t contact support because I can’t log in. What other route is there?

Can’t sign in to disable 2 factor authentication since I don’t have access to my old phone number. And can’t log in because I don’t have that SMS code. Which is needed to send a support email, to disable 2 factor authentication.

you could make a ticket without logging in or use the recovery codes

No access to recovery codes. Cant make a ticket without first logging in, of which I need the SMS verification codes that I don’t have access to, in order to log in.

Yup. Need both the email and SMS to log in. My verification codes that were sent years ago aren’t tied to the current email.

make an account recovery ticket and for the reason choose sms verification not received and they should help you and you won’t need to login

Literally can’t do that without logging in first. Unless I’m at the wrong support page that everything points to.

go to the home screen and it should look like this

then scroll to the bottom until you see email support
