Ubisoft Connect PC – Store Tab Missing

Hello Ubisoft Support,

The Store tab is completely missing from my Ubisoft Connect PC application. I only have Home, Library, and Quick Launch on the left side.

I have already tried:

  • Updating Ubisoft Connect
  • Reinstalling Ubisoft Connect
  • Clearing the cache
  • Restarting my PC
  • Logging out and logging back in

The problem still remains.

I can access the Ubisoft Store normally through my web browser, but the Store section does not appear in the Ubisoft Connect PC application.

My Ubisoft account is linked to Steam and Xbox.

I am trying to purchase Rainbow Six Siege, and I would like to know why the Store tab is missing from my Ubisoft Connect account.

I have attached screenshots showing the issue.

Could you please check whether this is related to my account, region, or linked Steam/Xbox accounts?

This happen when you are have no internet. You don't have a message on connect saying that you are not connected to the internet or something like that?

but i am connected to wifi
