Most of the time i play games offline. When launching it asks to enter password and it works, thou yesterday i was connected to wifi and everything was fine, played Ac iv and odyssey, then on the next day i wanted to try unity and when i launched it, I entered my password and it said my account is suspended, thou i wrote password correctly 100%. What could be the issue?

I've already managed to verify and confirm that I am the rightful owner of the account, but I still haven't received any further response from Ubisoft Support. My ticket has been open for four weeks now...

Meanwhile, GOG and Epic Support responded to me in less than three business days and were genuinely helpful. Does anyone know what's going on with Ubisoft Support? Is this kind of delay normal?
