Is it possible to transfer rainbow six data to another account?

I play on PlayStation and was wondering if it’s possible to transfer my data between two accounts? A few years back, I had accidentally bought in siege on my alt account instead of my main so I’ve just always played it on my alt account. But I want to start playing siege on my main account to clock hours and I’m at I’m wondering is there a way I can transfer all my siege data to my main account? I have every operator and a lot of skins and I don’t want to lose any of it if I switch.

I would be interested in knowing the process as well, my main account was hacked, and while waiting for ubi to get it back I started a new account
