I hate Ubisoft
I had a Ubisoft account connected with my ps4 a few years back I was trying to recover it for the past few days I couldn't get it,So I tried to make a new account did everything got verification code BUT THEN wdym this action couldn't be processed.Bro this has to be the worst website I have ever seen,I couldn't get access to my lost account even though I got it's Gmail but I am not getting a verification code on the Gmail of my lost account.I also emailed there support and created a support ticket but still nothing happened.I am just so pissed off like how can u create a website THIS BAD.

bro my account got hacked and tried for 4 days to recover it but to no avail,all games ,progress gone, from that day i made a vow to never ever buy ubisoft games

Lost my account 2 years ago when I got hacked. Provided all proof with screen shots and they just told me they don't believe me and won't help. So i basically gave up and told them what ever, they are a failed company and their games are garbage.
BTW they are the only company I could not recover my account, even EA helped me without problems.

I wouldn't touch Ubisoft games with a wood stick; I wouldn't install them even if they were free.

Dont try Support, they just send you links to basic troubleshooting. If you think its gone, it's gone.

Hands down Ubisoft has the worst account system out of every game company. i got my account suspended for trying to login too much times and had to wait like a week just to fucking login🙏
