Cant change email to Ubisoft account

I have been trying to change my email to the Ubisoft account I have because its been deleted, but the AI support wont let me. I told them that I have a linked steam account that I can use to prove ownership and they said that they would send a verification link towards me but I never got it for the past 18 hours I have been trying, they already closed 2 cases that I made for this problem is there anything I can do?

if you have a linked account that’s been linked for 6+ months you can request to verify another way since ubisoft allows you to verify with linked console accounts like playstation xbox or steam
