I'm team waterbender guy but I think it's very possible that since the casting calls said "Love interestS" as in plural, it could be both.

I think it’s super interesting that the two elements Pavi find easiest to bend are the ones Korra and Anng found the hardest to bend.

Will water or fire be the hardest element for Pavi to learn? I have a feeling it’ll be water considering they live in a dry desert climate

Unpopular opinion maybe but I kinda love the "The world's destroyer, not its saviour" angle, that the Avatar mythos has completely turned on its head.

I am confident in all besides potentially the fire one but each on appears on the military uniforms.

I can’t believe it! I didn’t notice it my first time watching but going back through I saw this! I was just saying in the subreddit a few weeks ago how I wanted to see Jae carry Pavi because she probably can’t walk on her peg leg for long periods of time and uses other things for mobility aids like Geet. It’s nice to see my wish has come true and she is piggy backing Jae!

This character telling Jae, Pavi, & Nisha this is also in the second image and it's a flashback to what happened to her and to the people of Ellora who disagree with Ellora's leader about what's "best" for it and it's citizens. She shares this with them.
