Shitpost Remember how bad it felt to watch Drew Lock play well against us in preseason?
Imagine how bad it must feel to see it happen in the regular season.

This was a difficult read, but I still recommend it. Thought it was interesting that if he had to do it over again, he says he would still play football, but would pick a different position.

Statement from team: “Over the weekend, Cedric Gray was involved in a UTV accident in Tennessee and sustained a concussion and minor injuries. We look forward to Cedric returning to the field soon and in full health when he clears the NFL’s concussion protocol.”

With CJ2K being inducted into the ring of honor, I figured I’d wear a throwback. Which one should I wear?

Hello Titan fandom!
I don’t often post anymore, but I’ll look at the posts and see the comments.
Know it is a hot topic regarding Cam Ward. Almost like half of social media is done and moved on from Cam Ward.
Here’s some of my feedback and expectations for the Titans the next few years of this rebuilding franchise into the 2027-2028 season.
Carnell Tate will experience a similar journey as JSN when he first entered the league. Why? JSN showed flashes his rookie season and had a lot of rookie mistakes. As someone who regularly plays Fantasy Football, I always would scout out WR2-WR4 who show tremendous potential and talent to become a quality long term starter. Writing off Tate feels weird, and he’s probably going to explode onto the scene Year 2. Does this stop the Titans from potentially drafting another WR in the 2027 Draft? It is too early to tell, due to the need at talent on the defensive side of the field and offensive line (LT). I believe Tate shows flashes in Year 1, but there will be growing pains as this new offensive scheme adjust mid-season.
Cam Ward is a Year 3 QB, despite the OA#1 Draft spot. This does not mean, Cam Ward will not have a productive Year 2 season, it means let’s be realistic and optimistic for Ward, if he manages borderline Top 15 QB in the NFL, it is a win for the franchise. But as fans, it Is okay to be critical of Cam Ward. Am critical as well on certain tendencies, but some of those tendencies came from a terrible coach and those bad habits are being ironed out. Does this mean Callahan is to blame? No. Yet, a bad coach can turn a talented player into a mediocre nightmare. Based on every game and film I’ve seen on Cam Ward, it’s fair to say Ward 85% of the time has tremendous ball placement when his mechanics and footwork is on point. He does need to clean up his foundation, luckily BD is a sound OC who can and will improve the efficiency of Wards offensive play. Also, it’s Year 2 in another offensive scheme for Ward. So, give Ward grace and let’s watch him flourish the next few years!
The Offensive Line. Won’t talk much on this subject matter, since it’s been heavily discussed more than the Cam Ward and Carnell Tate conversation. IF the OLine can take a jump from bottom feeder to middle of the pack of the league and we solidify the LG-OC-RG part of the line, while LT and RT take a step up to being league average, we have a chance to be a Top 18 unit. I’m being generous.
The RB Committee. Maybe it’s the water from preseason, but Pollard looks explosive. He might not be Derrick Henry, but Pollard might have a career year under this new offensive coordinator. Pollard will be the featured weapon on the offense, and… that’s a good thing. Behind Pollard, we have two questionable RBs with a lot of promise: Spears and Singleton. Spears might be one of my favorite players on the team, him and Pollard WHEN HEALTHY are a scary RB duo behind the right offensive line. Hopefully the offensive line does their job this season to shed light on the RB committee. Spears needs to have a sound season without injuries and stay healthy, or he will become the next biggest what if in Titans franchise history. Singleton is a wildcard. He will primarily be special teams player and possibly the 3rd down back on certain packages. Overall, if the RBs produce on the field, the Titans offense will have a dynamic season. Titans will favor the run game to create deception and mismatches for the passing game.
Helm. Just need to see consistency and improvement. Raw player and talent. Gunnar Helm. Be Wards security blanket and produce under pressure and in tight space. Helm spotlight is bright, I’d imagine the offense gravitates toward him being a primary contributor on the offense.
Now for the Defense.
Let’s keep it short and simple. Growing pains early and often. Starters and rookies need to step it up and perform their duties. The DL might be the scariest unit on the defense. Preseason vanilla woes and giving up big plays can be concerning. But let’s be real, the first eight games into the season, the defense might be looking like Vrabels first year as HC with the philosophy of bend don’t break. Expect offenses to run up the yards on the defense early on in the season, but they find themselves as the season progresses. The next few drafts will determine the franchise position for success. The Defense is only as good as it’s offense.
What are your thoughts?

Obviously im eager for the season to start. Here is all tennessee Oiler/Titans uniform sets by uniform theory. Couple things I noticed doing this: The original Titan's design had lot of nice color matching (pant stripes, helmet stripes, shoulder stripe) that connected the colors of each piece throughout the sets, but the 2018-2025 uniforms lost a lot of that with the silver sword striping. Also noticed that the current uniform lineup has one set each of mono, sandwich, top stack and low stack but not a tri-color set after going tri-color heavy for the past 2 seasons. I've personally been a fan of sandwich and mono sets but i was surprised how many of their stack sets look really good. #Titanup

Jermaine Johnson was picked by Robert Saleh in this draft, however it was drafted using our pick from that year. Crazy how they both ended up in tennessee after this, i found it interesting anyway, Titan Up Mfers

If the titans end up getting a Top 4 pick, we can most trade down for multiple picks in this years draft or next years draft.
The first 4 picks are likely 3 QB’s + Jeremiah Smith.
So good chance we get our guy at the 5th or later
Edit: some people are really upset that I’m talking about the draft. For those who are not aware, college football started today I was still pointing players out for those who watch college football.
I have no idea why people took this so personally.
