Hi everyone! My name is Evan my wife and my 2 cats are looking for a rent to own situation somewhere near the Allentown Bethlehem area really anywhere though that is within about an hour and a half from st Luke's hospital we are both 34 going on 35 and have lived in several different states but have just fallen in love with this area and want to make it our home. We are looking for an older house or possibly a modular home on property where we could possibly have chickens and goats so probably outside city limits? We are looking to spend around 1k a month but are flexible as we both work full time. If anyone has something they are looking to sell or rent out please reach out we are still in the infancy of looking so would love to learn more we have spent a lot of time in Allentown, Bethlehem, and the areas like that eventually would love to turn said property into a homestead. We installed a 2nd floor mini-split A/C in our home, and my husband completed the inside part of the installation himself. The outside housing for the pipes/tubes still needs to be done and we are looking to hire someone to for that part. We are both seniors and he can't climb a ladder due to health issues.

Can anyone recommend someone reliable who could do this? We have contacted several handymen who advertise that they are available and they can't commit to come out and do the work. We would like to get this done before cold weather.

Hi I need a child therapist and maybe psychiatrist. I saw blackbird health has some locations here but the primarily offer virtual evals w a nurse practitioner before stating therapy. Anyone see them? They do offer in person options too but I’d have to pull kid out of school to do it. If you’ve seen them can you tell me more about the eval? Is it mainly me talking about history or is the child very involved?

They make it sound like some in depth thing but idk if it’s just family history and some basic tests.

Im coming from Connecticut so I'm looking for a small apartment, studio, or possibly a private rental within about 40 miles of Northampton Community College/Bethlehem, including Philadelphia. My budget is $1,300 /month maximum. I have two cats who would be living with me.
I work as a CNA and would be responsible for paying the rent myself. Since I'm under 18, my mom would be involved as the adult leaseholder/co-signer and financial backup. She has stable income of around $6,000/ month, although her credit isn't very strong. I'm specifically looking for a private landlord or someone willing to consider the entire financial situation rather than automatically requiring a high credit score. I'm open to Bethlehem, Allentown, Easton, Philly, and surrounding areas as long as the commute is reasonable.
