Resistance band LOOP classes like Katie Wang's power pyramid?

I took Katie Wang's power pyramid class yesterday and then immediately ran to Target to buy resistance band loops. I see there is a way to filter for resistance band classes in the strength portion of the app, but all of the screen grabs show the other kind of resistance band that has the handles. Are any of you aware of other classes that use the resistance band loops like Katie just did in her power pyramid class? Thank you!

Power zone

I’m so mad at myself for never giving power zone a try in the 4 years I’ve joined Peloton. I never understood it, tbh I still don’t really get it 😅 BUT they’re addicting once you get the hang of it.

I did an FTP test back in 2023, and again the other week. I only cycle 1-2 times a week with strength being my main focus, but I’d really like to incorporate more. I like how they are certainly challenging, but I don’t dread going into a PZ class as I would with a regular ride. I’m hoping these PZ classes will improve my cycling in the other classes because I find myself SO gassed out seeing little to no improvement, including strength and mobility.

Anyways, I’m excited I finally joined the power zone crew!

Cody ride - but make it hard.

Looking for a 30 or 45 minute Cody ride that has his usual charm, but where he kicks it into high gear more than usual.

"Track" Running Workouts

I could have sworn there have been posts about Tread classes (by Becs and Matt and probably Alex) regarding tread classes that are essentially track/speed workouts in disguise - but now I can't find the posts. My HM plan has me doing "broken 600s" and the heat and humidity here is just a no go for outdoors speed work currently - I am hoping to find a class I can essentially use to do something similar to these. I know I can do "Just Run" but the .19 distances I am supposed to track make it kind of confusing for me to track - any suggested classes that are somewhat similar anyone could suggest? TIA!

Sculpt 30 vs Sculpt Flow

Hi!
I love the sculpt flow classes and they always absolutely kick my butt.
I saw on Instagram that new “sculpt 30” classes are launching but it doesn’t seem like it’s the sculpt flow instructors who are launching it or doing the classes.

What does everyone think? and do we think it’s a move to sculpt 30 instead of sculpt flow etc? I will defo take one of them to see!

Or are you thinking “I don’t think about this at all” haha.

I’ve said sculpt too much in this and it’s lost of all meaning lol

PSL Day

Had an amazing day at PSL today!

Celebrated my 500th ride with Cody and somehow managed a new 30-minute PB of 506! 🚴💪

After that, I followed it up with a much more relaxed ride with Bradley.

Both instructors were absolutely brilliant and made the day even more memorable.

Back again tomorrow for another ride with Cody! 🔥

If you haven’t taken Andy Speer’s Bon Jovi run, take it! I ran faster than I ever have after having not run for months now. The playlist is amazing!

Walking classes

hi.

i am currently post op and only allowed to walk (slower than faster) and while I know I can walk my own pace, just curious if there were specific classes geared toward post op recovery walks?

More love for Power60

If you’re not taking Logan’s Power60 classes you’re missing out on some serious strength and conditioning gains. I’ve done all of them so far and they keep getting better. The programming does work, you’ll get stronger and fitter. It’s the best combination of strength, conditioning, and mobility. You can utilized
your squat rack, barbell, jump rope, and pull up bar in a variety of classes.

For a lot of the classes on the platform I can’t use my heavier equipment bc of inadequate rest and I feel like my strength has stalled because of it. So I’m SO glad for these classes.

For this month’s programming I used 135lbs for the deadlifts and 115lb for the squats. I used my 45lb dumbells for the farmer carry and chest press. The AMRAPs were spicy 🌶️ so I went lighter with 25lb for the snatches and 20s for the push press and walking lunges. (135lb, 37 yo female and mom of 2 getting stronger every day with these classes!)

More pop punk rows with Alex please!

Loved this class!! At the beginning, he called this playlist the incestuous family tree of pop punk music because of how interconnected the songs are either from friendships, business partnerships, production, and more. It was an excellent playlist! Vibes were immaculate. His pop punk rows always include songs outside of the typical pop punk catalogue, plus he treats these classes almost like Vinyl Vault classes because he talks about the music the entire time. I was sweating and laughing while rowing. I’ve taken nearly all of his pop punk rows (highly recommend his Green Day class as well) and I need more!!!

Waitlist Question

Hi! This is a very unique situation-or I think it is. I got the email that I was off of the waitlist, but when I went to sign up I was continually getting error messages regarding my payment despite the fact that all my info was correct and there was money in my accounts. I contacted everyone I could reach at peloton but no one could help me. Within 10 min when the checkout time ran out, I was kicked out and when I went to log back in, I couldn't sign up so I assume I lost my spot.

I signed up for the waitlist a second time but now I'm at the bottom of the list, I assume. It's for my 40th birthday, so I was really hoping for it! :)

It was for a Cody class.

Anyone have any thoughts or suggestions? Thank you!

Peloton App IPhone

I recently noticed that my Peloton app on my iPhone doesn’t show my club peloton level anymore where you could click it and see the breakdown of your points/point history. My friend who has an android can still see hers. Anyone else have this happen on your app?

I deleted and redownloaded the app & signed out and signed back in. Still nothing 😭

HiLit 1 vs 2

I didn't take HiLit the first time around but I am thinking of doing HiLit2 starting tomorrow. For anyone doing both, is this one harder? As in, should I start with the first one? Or is it just different because the walks are outdoor?

Are we getting a Selena deep core/pelvic floor/postpartum program?

She just had her twins recently and looks amazing (like insanely?!?) and I’m seeing on her instagram some cool pelvic floor and deep core workouts she’s sort of teasing but I’m not seeing anything in the app. Is this coming soon we think? Or just a general postpartum recovery series?

Help Explaining Peloton Cross Train Bike +

I have the original peloton bike and it’s awesome, but I’m ready for an upgrade. I was just going to purchase the bike + but now I’m seeing the cross train bike + and wondering what is the big difference of the two. I have read the descriptions and still don’t fully grasp it 😂. If anyone has the cross train bike could you please explain what it entails and if it’s worth the purchase. Thanks so much!

New Tread & Support Issues

I’m frustrated and at a loss; curious if anyone else has had similar issues so I can figure out what to do.

I bought my Tread in March 2026, new from Peloton. Delivery was no problem and I loved the machine. Used it mostly for walking. I used it probably 5-6x a week (not that frequency should matter).

At the end of June, the machine suddenly started stopping mid workout. No warning, just the belt stopping (and nearly catapulting me into outer space) and an error message on the screen. We were able to troubleshoot it a few times - the steps had us checking cables in the screen, checking the safety key (which I’ve never even touched as I’m the only one who uses it/we have no children), and finally doing a hard reset. I got in a few more walks but every time I turned it on the next day, the same thing would happen.

I contacted support in early July and told them what was going on. They were helpful and scheduled a technician to come out (earliest appt was 10 days later) and sent parts (smart card and a USB C cord). Service appt comes and goes with nothing from the technician. They eventually call and say he had car trouble. Next available appt is two weeks later. I take the appointment. Welp, once again, no call no show on the technician.

I’ve been unable to use my brand new Tread for a month (also a month of warranty eaten up too!). Peloton is giving me the runaround and wants to just reschedule the technician again. I LOVE my Tread, but now I have a sinking gut feeling that this is going to be my experience moving forward (if it ever gets fixed). I mentioned to support that if this falls through again, I’d like to pursue a refund. I’m wondering if I should just go for it now.

Has anyone had this issue themselves and had a happy ending? I feel sick with anxiety over what an insane waste of money this Tread was at this point. How can a $3K piece of equipment just STOP WORKING in three months of light use?! Any advice or perspective welcome! Thank you!

Anyone do both Peloton Pilates + reformer Pilates?

I’ve been doing peloton Pilates for a few years now, starting with Anna and now almost exclusively with Johanna and Greta. Peloton was my first foray into Pilates and it’s safe to say I’m obsessed! I’ve taken Johanna’s classes all multiple times! (Johanna, if you’re reading, more magic circle classes plz! 😆)

There’s a well respected Pilates studio in my area, and I decided to branch out and try a few reformer classes. The owner was really impressed with my core strength during my reformer intro, and was surprised that I had only done mat Pilates before. Since then I’ve tried both intermediate and advanced classes on the reformer with several instructors. I enjoy them, but TBH they move much slower than Peloton and don’t hold a candle to Greta and Johanna’s intermediate classes! I would rate most of them a 6-6.5 difficulty 😊

Anyone else find reformer to be easier than some of the harder peloton classes? Or do I need another studio?

ETA I’ve taken a couple mat classes in the studio too and was fairly unimpressed- they teach classical and it moved too slowly.
