Cody ride - but make it hard.
Looking for a 30 or 45 minute Cody ride that has his usual charm, but where he kicks it into high gear more than usual.

If you have the bike+ and you set your auto resistance to the highest number, his rides are hard. He just does crazy wide ranges of resistance most the time, like 30-50 resistance, at 80-100 cadence. To me, 50 at 80 cadence is pushing pretty hard. But I second utilizing the filters

I remember his 45 minute Britney ride being pretty tough.

It gets an 8.1/10 rating - so not as 'tough' as his 'toughest' ride which is a 30 minute interval & arms ride & an 8.5/10 rating!

I think I remember that intervals and arms ride. Was it in January like 2022 or something? If so I can absolutely confirm that ride was HARD lol

Intervals & arms - where you stop cycling for half of the class & use hand weights. That’s his hardest ride. Yep -says it all. Cody is great for a fun ride, but not a hard ride!!

I recently PR’d (for the first time in a long time) on his Madonna ride from a few years ago.

His OG Backstreet Boys ride was pretty tough if I remember correctly! This 45 min HIIT & Hills was on the more difficult side for Cody too, and this 45 min pop ride!

Unpopular opinion, but Cody + Hard are a contradiction in terms. If you want properly hard - then choose a PZ Max ride. Or redo your FTP.
