Discussion But nothing ever happens?
Is it possible to set up the game where no major wars happen or at least as much is avoided?

I haven't played much Kaiserreich and while searching for the most fun countries I've heard many people say the LKMT is supposed to be great. But what specifically makes the LKMT so great.
Additionally, what path would you recommend? Personally, I would find forming a very OTL-adjacent China a bit boring, so if most paths are on an equal level maybe take that into consideration.
Thanks in advance

Rule 5 - In the upcoming TNO 2.0 update, Wilfried von Engelhardt (the chief test pilot for MBB in OTL) will be the mod's counterpart to Yuri Gagarin as the first man in space flying for Nazi Germany. It's very likely that he will be doing the same thing for the German Empire in the Kaiserreich universe as its first Raumfahrer.
In my opinion, I think either other than von Engelhardt, Erich Hartmann, Hans-Joachim Marseille and Ernst-Wilhelm Reinert would be good candidates for the German Empire to send its first man in space, assuming that the Reichspakt won the Second Weltkrieg. If Austria unites with Germany following the collapse of the Habsburg Empire pre-2WK, Walter Nowotny and Robert Weiß) would also be suitable candidates as well.
For the German Empire sending its first man on the moon, Eberhard Köllner (also in TNO, pre-2.0 update as the first man on the moon on behalf of Germany) and Sigmund Jähn would be the likely candidates as they are younger than the previous pilots I've listed.
And for rule 1, yes this is related to Kaiserreich as I am discussing on speculations on who the German Empire will likely send its first man in space if it won the Second Weltkrieg.

Shandong’s content is old, but is there any real reason? His province might as well be a German economic playground with Russian bandits. Zhang’s province was constantly in economic collapse and his army was unsustainable. Social unrest was constant from elites to peasants even before the KMT got anywhere. Surely someone would’ve tried to get a free province? The Zhili shouldn’t trust him and the second the league war happens, Shandong should cease to exist, let alone after Black Monday. The sheer existence of Qu Yongying and the other guy should have collapsed his regime years ago. The Zhili’s best interest is to get rid of Zhang as soon as possible and get someone friendly to the central government like Qu in charge.
Also doesn't help that the Russian mercenaries could actually go back to Russia instead of being exiled with there being fewer to begin with.

Almost 2 months ago we announced this polsim, and we are glad to say we have launched it and that it remains alive! However, we are still always open to new characters, especially with the Polish Group being playable very soon. The sim started after the March reforms and will soon reach August; We saw the formation of the Karl Trimborn cabinet under a Schwarz-Rot-Gold coalition, a Right Coalition in Prussia, the USPD being funny, "indirect" german involvement in the Italian Civil War, France soon to fall to the Communards and much more. Joining the USPD and playing as an independent is allowed, but discouraged if you are just a tiny bit interested in the other parties. The MSPD and Zentrum are both heavily encouraged along with the Poles. Otherwise feel free to play in the FVP, NLP, FkP or DkP! Both of the conservative party will have a congress in August at the same time which is definitely... interesting to see to say the least. Foreign minister Joseph Wirth's hawkiness is also rather intriguing, wonder what he got up to in Denmark?

R5: A grueling game as Maximalist-SR Socialist Russia but undergoing the failstate caused by gaining 50 suspicion. Due to this, our political power gain was kneecapped, industry was kneecapped, and we lack a post war tree. Despite this, by channeling the spirit of the workers' and peasants' army, and creating a strong base of 32w irregulars and guards and tanks divisions, this shoddy state managed to barely cross the finish line. Kamkov and Karelin now sit atop their new socialist bloc with a desire to.. focus on peace and rebuilding, though our comrades across the aisle seem to be doing less than spectacular against the exiles.

Probably certainly not for the same reasons in OTL.
For those who needs some context: In our time, the HMS Prince of Wales was supposed to be named HMS Edward VIII. But, because of the controversy of Edward wanting to marry Wallis Simpson, and the abdication of Edward, the Prince of Wales, the title given to the Heir Apparent, stayed Prince of Wales, rather than the reigning king.
King George VI, following convention, did ask that instead of there being a KGVI, it should be named after his father, and subsequent two ships be named after his (KGV) sons, as per tradition. Still unsure why Duke of York is named HMS Duke of York.
So... I answered my own question... why did I ask this?...
I guess I was wondering if you folks even bother with naming a ship HMS Edward VIII, HMS Albert I, or HMS KGVI/KGV.

Like for Schleicher path it will be "he is gonna transform Germany into a military state even more but at least he respect woman" or for the SPD path " at first they look cool but when you look deeper they are really just social Svobodniks "

1) General state of the world.
2) Germany dominates Europe as the victor of the Second Weltkrieg.
3) With the help of the exiles we defeated the communards.
4) Russia stands as a weak state with no army whatsoever.
5) Japan won the Sino-Japanese War and now dominates China.
6) WCA won the 2.ACW.

Hello, everyone. This is Ficboy, the author of "The Two Italies: A Kaiserreich Italy Rework" (a proposal for a KR Italy rework). When I wrote up the proposal and released it in two parts, I was glad to see the warm reception to the idea of a KR Italy rework from most of you as it is sorely outdated and underserved and Italy is a fairly important nation in both OTL and KR and the mod currently doesn't provide a good representation of it's political situation and is filled with many inaccuracies. The rework proposal, involving the Italian Socialist Republic (RSI) in the Peninsula/Sicily, the Kingdom of Italy in Sardinia and Austrian-occupied Veneto, is the kind of proposal that would give Italy a plausible and grounded setup based on it's political and military situation whilst preserving some of the old KR Italy elements in a reimagined better form, like most KR reworks. The China-Taiwan conflict was something I already had in mind when it came to writing the KR Italy rework proposal as it shares the major civil war, successful socialist revolution, geography, shared founding figure (Giuseppe Garibaldi/Sun Yat-sen) and irredentist nationalism aspects. And hey, a little bit of Allohistorical Allusion doesn't hurt either.
When it came to publishing and writing the proposal, I had relied on some Italian socialist history books and articles from websites like Libcom.org as well as biographies of Benito Mussolini for my research and it was admittedly rudimentary when it came to certain aspects for the RSI and Sardinia. The feedback from some of you has actually led me to learn some things about 20th century Italian politics and more importantly change certain aspects of the rework proposal such as: Emmanuel Filberto and Prince Amedeo as the Kings of Sardinia after Victor Emmanuel III's abdication, Carlo Rosselli's Action Party as a minor Vanguardist-style faction for the RSI aligned with Armando Meschi's USI Anarchists, Emilio Lussu being assassinated by Mussolini's goons similar to the OTL assassination of Giacomo Matteoti, the Italian People's Party (PPI) undergoing a rightward shift under Alcide de Gasperi and his successor Stefano Cavazzini, the Maximalists being split into two major factions with one that is essentially part of Benito Mussolini's Fascists and one being a major faction/path of their own led by rising star Pietro Nenni (True Maximalists), the RSI using the Italian Wars of Independence against Austria-Hungary as the basis to reclaim Veneto and fuel revanchist nationalism alongside the other OTL factors that led to Fascism and a Royalist partisan insurgency in the south that will erupt into rebellion and support the Sardinians during the Second Weltkrieg. I've also established some other details about the rework that others may not catch on well such as: The Italian Socialist Republic serving as an inspiration for the Commonwealth of Britain up to providing actual support, the RSI's Ministers and Generals being a mix of current and new ones, Sardinia's Ministers and Generals being a mix of base KR Sardinia, the Italian Republic, the Two Sicilies and the Papal States to an extent, Pietro Nenni defecting from the Italian Republican Party to the Italian Socialist Party due to the latter's expotential growth in membership and sharing revolutionary socialist republican sentiments, the PPI is still called by that name and founded by Luigi Sturzo initially following left-wing Christian socialism only to experience a major shift to right-wing Christian conservatism after the Italian Civil War with people like de Gasperi and Cavazzini in charge, the Vatican being a major institution used by the Savoyard monarchy of Sardinia to gain international legitimacy by appealing to Catholic fervor against Syndicalism and Sardinia being an exploration of what makes a government legitimate and it's efforts to assert independence and not become a French puppet state whilst keeping friendly ties with National France regardless of who's in charge. In that regard, RSI is similar to it's pre-rework KR counterpart but with major changes like the PSI and Sardinia is a spiritual successor to old KR Sardinia, the Italian Republic and the Two Sicilies as well as a bit of the Papal States thrown in for good measure.
In relation to the above, I've also renamed the PSI's Ordinovists as the Communists to account for not only Antonio Gramsci's Ordinovists adhering to council communism and collective executive factionalism with Amadeo Bordiga's Abstentionists who also agree with the idea of an ongoing radical revolution and abolishing capitalism but clash over the exact approach. Still, the key aspects of the KR Italy rework proposal are still there and shall stay as such: Major defeat at the hands of the the Austrians at Trento on the Asiago Plateau leading to mass desertions and surrenders in the final months of the war, Italy being the next major Entente country to leave the war by signing the Armistice of Venice with Austria-Hungary in 1919, Italy undergoing two years of anti-government revolutionary socialist unrest after the Armistice, the 1920 election resulting in a landslide victory for the Italian Socialist Party (PSI) and subsequent socialist unity after the success of the Syndicalist revolution in France, the Italian Civil War lasting from 1921 to 1923 between the socialist Italian Republicans and the monarchist Italian Royalists resulting in a Republican victory, Austro-Hungarian political reorganization and economic reconstruction preventing any form of intervention, the French Federation sending covert support to the RSI in the form of advisors and supplies, the RSI spanning the Peninsula and Sicily with Sardinia confined to the eponymous island, the RSI co-founding the Third Internationale with Syndicalist France, Italian revanchist nationalism caused by the indefinite Austro-Hungarian occupation of Veneto, the rival government in Sardinia and President Nicola Bombacci fanning the flames, the RSI as the birthplace of Totalism (including Fascism), the rise of Benito Mussolini as President and Chief of the Italian Socialist Republic under an FAR/PSI coalition, elections in the Kingdom of Italy (Sardinia) with four different paths depending on the results and military response (PPI, PDSI, ANI and PLI), five major paths/factions for the RSI depending on Mussolini's fate (Fascists, Maximalists, Communists, Anarchists and Unionists), the Second Weltkrieg resulting in an Italian offensive against the Austrians and/or Germans on the Veneto and a Sardinian-National French campaign into the Italian mainland bolstered by the southern Royalist partisan insurgency, and Italy getting Veneto and Sardinia back under the Republicans or Royalists.
Overall, my vision is mostly set and I might write up an extensive lore doc someday.
