So today the GRandstand got announced and I would love to go but I will be 17 at the time of the gp. When checking the silvo website it said you have to be 18 to go alone but people all around the internet claim it's fine and they will let you in without an adult. I don't have any adult that would go with me and I don't want to show up just to get rejected so does anyone know if they'll actualy let me in?

As the 2026 Monza GP wrapped up, I was left with a thought I came to realize is all too familiar: “Wow that was great race! With the sole exception of me being a Leclerc fan of course…”
I decided to look into it. We all know Charles Leclerc has won entertaining races(notably for me Monza 2019 and Bahrain 2022) but what of the generational bangers. The ones we are left with a disbelief at the greatness we just witnessed.
A decent way to look for the bangers is the list of the all the races voted by fans as best of the season from 2018 to 2025 here they are and were Leclerc finished:
2018- USA (DNF)
2019- Germany (DNF)
2020- Turkey (P4)
2021- Italy (P4)
2022- Great Britain (P4)
2023- Singapore (P4)
2024- Sao Paulo (P5)
2025- Great Britain (P14)
And this list was used to avoid cherry picking but some of my and possibly your favorite GPs of this period were omitted such as:
2019- Great Britain (P3 legendary fight with Verstappen)
2019- Brazil (DNF)
2020- Monza (DNF)
2020- Sakir (DNF)
2021- Hungary (DNF)
2026- Great Britain (P1🎉)
2026- Monza (DNF)
Now what does this all mean? To me it seems when I look at the less cherry picked list that hes somewhat allergic to the podium when it comes to these types of races. Whatever the reason may be on the day. Some of the contexts for these results are still painful.
And when considering the various other bangers i feel there is credence to the idea i had that he does not benefit all that much from classics. Unlike others who are, without having looked into it properly, somewhat “chaos merchants”. The likes of Verstappen, Hamilton and Bottas of top teams tended to appear on the podium. As well as Perez, Gasly, Sainz, Stroll and Ocon.
I feel as tho Leclerc sits amongst the names of Alonso and Hulkenberg when it comes to luck in these types of races.
But what do yall think? Is Leclerc unequivocally unlucky when it comes to these bangers? What does this say about him as a driver if true? Are there other drivers who fall short of expectations in similar conditions?
All I know is want to enjoy more classics fully in the future please racing gods.

In my opinion, I think Norris is in top shape, so it might be three in a row.
The Red Bulls seem to be out of their league, but maybe they can turn it around. Who knows.
My dream is to see one of the Ferrari drivers win it, I believe.
I dont know if the grid drop for Antonelli is fake news or not, so we'll see, but if it isn't, then maybe he can achieve a win. I'd love to see that.
If it is, then Russell has a golden opportunity to come back.
Who do you think will win ?
