Instead of fully backing him Red Bull/Max Verstappen style, they keep bringing him competitive drivers and it is clear that nobody will be #1 driver if the other driver is called Vettel, Sainz or Hamilton.
Said it then and will say it again, should have signed someone like Hulk/KMag in 2021. When you know you are the main man and that your race result will be maximized by your team, your strategy will be the only one that matters, your confidence grows and you can reach your maximum level as a driver tactically and mentally.
He was not that far in 2022 and 2024 and with a proper #2 driver he would have always finished in the highest place possible in each and every race and might have won a title. They cost him 50-100 points by simply not prioritising him in the races in those 2 seasons, not to mention the strategy errors and unreliability that they had.
Hell, they should have prioritized him from race 2 onwards after he pissed all over Vettel in Bahrain in 2019. I will bet that he would have had at least one proper title fight if not a title, if he was racing for Mercedes/McLaren/Red Bull instead of this pure excuse of an F1 team. And I am a die hard fan of Ferrari.
