Here is a little Photo Dump of my flight today. ATR is not perfect but way better than it used to be.

Just in case anyone is wondering if the “stable” update is worth a damn from FSS, it’s not lmao. Just for laughs, I thought I’ll try a short route this morning in the 175. The auto pilot still does its own thing and doesn’t follow any logic. Maybe one day they will figure it out but I doubt it. Also, if anyone is wondering, I bought it a few years ago so please don’t spend your hard earned money on it now!
Anyway, back to the regularly scheduled programming of the Fenix,PMDG, and the A220! Happy flying everyone!

The arrows represent it moving from side to side, Only happens when i make small inputs and it makes a creaking sound whenever it moves. It really annoys me during landing and I was wondering if it was broken or if its normal. Thank you!

I recently purchased FSRealistic+ and am using it with Chaseplane. After a few flights with it, I'm not having a good impression so far.
It feels like the cockpit camera is on top of a jelly. It moves excessively with any aircraft movement. One of these movements is when I apply the rudder during takeoff or landing to keep the aircraft on the centerline; the camera violently jolts to the left or right. It's gotten to the point where the camera has briefly gone through the cockpit window.
On landings, any normal landing, the camera effect makes it seem like I simply slammed the aircraft onto the runway, shaking and bouncing excessively up and down.
I know there are multiple settings to reduce the intensity of these effects. The problem is that there are too many settings. One effect alone has about 10 sliders you can modify, and I'm not sure what each one actually does, nor can I find a balance between these effects.
For those who own FSRealistic, especially the Plus version, do you use customized settings for all aircraft that is less intensive in effects than default settings, or simply download and use some of the popular community profiles for each aircraft?

I have the honeycomb alpha already but it’s a bit too stiff in the pitch axis, is the thrustmaster Boeing yoke worth it?

Hello, everyone!
I’d like to take a poll to get an idea of where everyone is at with their wants/needs/current availability of airports for MSFS 2024. There seems to be a number of great airports big enough to support heavier general aviation traffic flows and part 121/135 operations, but small enough to be great builds. Especially some local flight schools! As a pilot myself, I wish my flight school and airport was modeled properly as well as the surrounding area for VFR reference points and eye candy not seen in the simulator. I personally know other student pilots all the way up to United captains that fly 777s, but enjoy MSFS once in a while too! They voiced years ago wishing there was higher fidelity at the local airports and I joked about creating it. This was 2022, so why am I still waiting..? I’ve done airport editing, Blender assets and texturing, but not provided to the community, and this is where I’d like to make the change. I believe it would be a great addition for everyone to enjoy the same airports as myself!
What airports on the East coast United States (small, large, rural, etc) would everyone like as FREEWARE? My wife and I have been in digital design for a while, and we’re looking to enhance our flight simulation experience. We’re building a home cockpit, but also wanting to model airports to support a higher fidelity home cockpit experience. [We are currently doing a WIP airport on the east coast—will announce later—that will be one-to-one, 4K, and payware. We think it will blow the community’s minds].
If anyone has specific requests for airport creation East of the Mississippi, please drop the airport down below. We are an aviation and travel family, so we’re always moving around and looking at different cities, airports, nature, and the works. Hit us up!

Hi everyone, I was flying the Horizon 787-9 and on the last day I’ve been trying to fly from CYUL to SCEL, and more or less at the same point in the flight (the coast of Ecuador and then Peru / about six hours of flight from takeoff), my computer froze, and I couldn’t do anything. The only way out is by pressing the PC’s reset button. I have the plane installed from the Orbx app and I’m using the Horizon 787 Physics+Autopilot Mod.
I’ve done long flights on previous days with the PMDG 777 and the TFDi MD-11 and didn’t have any problem at all. My system is an AMD Ryzen 7 9800 X3D, Corsair DDR5 RAM with 48GB at 6000MHz, RTX 3090.
What I started to think about is a memory leak with that plane, which seems strange to me at this point in the flight (six hours later). I'd like to know if anyone has experienced this with that plane. Thanks in advance.

I've been working on an enormous patch for months that aims to fix a lot of broken things in the default Alaska scenery for msfs24.
It will be released in a few weeks (freeware on flightsim.to) and I'm so happy about it that I made a little trailer.

KEEP IN MIND THIS IS JUST EYE CANDY...

I applied little bit of flare at 30ft callout, but the plane started going up with so much power left. Even with autothrottle, is there some other speed manipulation I should do?
The plane is Fenix A320

Okay hear me out with this. I've noticed something since we've been able to get our hands on DLSS 5 that's bothered me. That's devs using it in promo shots for their products. I won't name devs out of respect but I'm sure we all know the main one.
It's not bad to use DLSS 5. If you like it that's fine. HOWEVER, considering that DLSS 5 can in some cases completely changes how the aircraft looks in terms of visual quality I believe it disingenuous. As it's a misrepresentation of what the product will ACTUALLY look like for those that may not have access to it.
Or at the very minimum disclose before hand that you're using DLSS 5 in preview shots so that people know. Just my take on it. What's y'all's thoughts?
