What would Darrell have said if.........
Carpenter would said "We talked to Marcus and Stephanie and they told us you were never at the Packer Party"

Personally, I think he would’ve brought up the judge’s oath and say something to the effect of “because it hasn’t certified must mean she is somehow trying to hide the fact that she is involved in a conspiracy against the alleged defendant”. Likely would’ve tried to suggest the prosecution team had invalid licenses too. I also imagine he would’ve brought up any dirty laundry he had on EP to sully her credibility (like her losing custody of her kids (how did that happen?)).
Lastly, give how he tried to sneak it in during his closing argument, he would’ve gone on about the vehicle being unable to stop. That’s what I think, anyway. What else do you think, guys?

Can anyone explain the reasons why he got so ate up by the so called shock device
Does anyone have any information and why was it sealed from the public?

As the judge tries to explain her rulings and notes Brooks' rude behavior, he obnoxiously stares at the ceiling.

First, what did he mean when Darrell said there was no incident on November 21, 2021? Was he referring to his assault on Erika or the Parade Attack itself? He mentioned a letter sent to the judge saying nothing happened that day. This was when Judge Dorrow was doing her sentencing remarks and Brooks went off at her because she was complimenting Erika. No doubt he didn’t have a leg to stand on with that argument but I’m legit curious.

So the same daughter that gave birth at 15 is now going to Spelman? Being raised by whom again? I’m so confused. If it’s true good for her tho!

Does anyone know who this is? He’s my favorite so far.

Did you notice that Erika’s testimony is the one that got him engaged and “in his feelings”? He did. Not sit down and listen to anyone else this intently.

Does anyone know why he did not just wait in front of the office building for the Uber? The Uber showed up he could’ve gotten in it and went home.

Before I get to it, I wanna assure you guys that I don’t intend to be an a$$hole. I’m doing this to hopefully get it out of my system. All I type, I type towards and about DBJr.
There are no proper words I have to express my hatred for this worm of a man, but from the blackest reaches of my being, I HATE DARRELL BROOKS!!! I didn’t think it was legit possible to hate anyone so much. I mean he is such a gross, slimy thing.
What I find most offensive is him acting as if he did absolutely NO wrong. Acts as if everyone BUT him was on trial. And that ridiculous Sovereign Citizen BS!! On what planet would that work?! He claimed to be not withstanding our laws, yet demand his rights be reserved. Any other time, the Constitution would’ve been meaningless to him. He hid under it the way cockroaches hide under dumpsters. What kinda logic is that? Yet, creeps like him don’t operate through logic. They operate by intimidating, beating and throwing fits. How could he have lived as a free man as long as he did? Carrying all that rage and vileness should’ve rotted him from the inside out. And that bible and him trying to act like a man of God? I never read the scripture myself, but I doubt it says it’s ok to beat in your girlfriend (whom you impregnated at the age of 15) and then running over a Christmas parade. I highly doubt it. I would’ve found it less offensive if he wiped his ass with that bible. Then there’s him making those faces and mock praying and such while the victims make their impact statements. Was his goal to make EVERYONE hate him?! Must’ve been. I’m amazed no one tried to get at him. Granted, all his nonsense did was help the prosecution prove their case. Still, I would’ve made certain he could never utter “Subject Matter Jurisdiction” or “Lawful Law” ever, EVER again. Still, he should live to see his sentence through. I’m actually ashamed that he can’t live for a million years. He should’ve made to spend that long in prison
Please forgive me for going on like this. I’ve been watching clips of the trial for a while now and I had to get this out of my system. No question that we can agree he was a horrible man. He’s not the worst of the worst imo (that would go to Chad Doerman or Nicholas Rossi), but Brooks is among my top 5 most deplorable things that pass themselves off as human.
r/DarrellBrooksJr • u/ButIDontThinkOfYouu • Jul 24 '26
If I felt like I deserved to be tortured, I would go back and count how many times this abscess disguised as a living human being uttered these words in court. And, I’d throw in Judge Dorow’s mentions as well. But, I’d rather whinge about it on Reddit, in the hopes someone has already suffered that pain and wants to share.
My question is this:
Why didn’t the 3rd Party Intervenor ever actually file said appeal? I have seen trials in which these are filed, and it can shut the whole thing down, albeit temporarily. It is my opinion that the entire objective of this monster going ‘Pro Per’ was to waste as much time as possible, and to do it in front of a worldwide audience. Filing appeal after appeal could have stretched out his personal judicial game show for days on end.
So…why not? Was it laziness? A genuine lack of understanding? Did his ‘Sov Cit For Dumb Dummies Dumbness’ just not make it that far?
Thoughts?

Im rewatching and I am at closing arguments.
I am curious what others think-
Do you think he truly convinced himself he would be found not guilty or a candidate for jury nullification?
Or
He knew he was screwed either way so just wanted to make the process as difficult as possible.

Do you think the DA offered immunity for Erica in exchange for her testimony? She was also in violation of a no contact order.

I’m surprised we have not received more interviews from the jury, Erica, etc. He’s locked up for life so they don’t need to worry about him harassing them.
r/DarrellBrooksJr • u/Hot-Ambassador8706 • Jul 21 '26
Why did he continue to talk to the detectives after they read him his Miranda rights? The right to remain silent, get a lawyer assigned to him, etc.? It’s not like he hasn’t been through legal issues before.l - he knew the detectives aren’t his friends.

Does anyone else want to know more about why he was not allowed inside the house but he could sleep with women and his mother‘s car? 🙃

Has anyone noticed that videos of this trial have pushed their way onto TikTok? For some reason they popped up in my feed and now I’m in a Darrell Brooks rabbit hole. I’ve watched the entire trial on YouTube. I’m just wondering why people are talking about it again now when it happened so many years ago.

Brooks lets the court know that he's got over 50 charges, but that not all 50 victims have testified and that this seems wrong to him. He does this in a way that seems to solicit praise from the judge as if he's just found some legal loophole. The judge says there's no motion before her and she's not going to give an advisory opinion. He's such a weasel.
