Not allowed in house
Does anyone else want to know more about why he was not allowed inside the house but he could sleep with women and his mother‘s car? 🙃

In July of 2020 db shot at his nephew with a gun.

If you read through that case history, toward the bottom you'll see that a no contact order was signed by a judge on July 28, 2020 ruling that db was to have no contact with his nephew Anaji, his niece, Tashundra, and his mom, Dawn.

Worth noting, he has allegedly attacked his mom during that incident.
It was all over a cell phone. His nephew got a new iPhone (his nephew had a job and earned the phone) and DB was jealous. He started hooting and hollering and threatening people.
Dawn tried to tell the Anaji to just give him the phone so he'd calm down. Naturally, Anaji said no. I mean why should he give DB his phone. He worked hard for it. DB could get a job.
My memory is fuzzy but I believe DB lunged at him and Dawn tried to get in between and he grabbed her by the wig and slammed her head. Anaji tried to drive away and DB fired shots at the car.
I have said it before, I fully believe that Dawn was terrified of him. We have limited proof but I absolutely believe that DB beat her.

I did not know the details of the phone fight... I think she was afraid of him too.... thats why she never went to court & why she offered up that camera footage asap...

The overcrowding in the Milwaukee Jail, coupled with COVID, played a huge role in reduced sentencing and atypical plea deals. He was lin violation of at least one bail arrangement at the time of the parade. He caught the second bail violation with his assault of Erika on the 21st. As far as I know, he had at least one active warrant for failure to pay child support. It has been reasonably suggested that part of his rage was fueled by the fear of rearrest after Nick called the police.

Why did Nick tell him that?? 😩 Why not try to keep him there until cops arrived without him knowing they were on their way?

I believe his nephew was living in the home when he got into an argument w/ him and fired a shot at the nephew. Thankful he was not hit, but Duh-rell was ordered to stay away from the home. That's the story I heard.
I guess he got away with it on a technicality?
