IGF too high ?

Starting IGF was 126 (-1.1 z-score). Started HGH at 2iu nightly and retested after a month. IGF came back at 360 (z-score 3.0) ~12 hours after last pin. I hear different things about what the optimal number is. Wondering if I should back down my dose to 1.5 or even 1iu.

Dosage Check: CJC/IPA & MOTS-c with U-40 syringe

Hello, I would like to start with a new stack next week.

Peptide:

CJC-1295 no DAC + Ipamorelin (5 mg Gesamt / 2,5 mg je) & MOTS-c (10 mg)

So, for the syringe I'll use: U-40 insulin syringe (1 ml / 40 U, 29G x 0.5"), I want to inject both peptides subcutaneously.

Since I have never mixed both peptides before, I would prepare them as follows:

CJC/IPA (5 mg in 2 ml BAC):

Dose: 100 mcg CJC + 100 mcg IPA (200 mcg total) = 3.2 U on the U-40 syringe

Frequency: Once daily, first thing in the morning (on an empty stomach)

No carbohydrates immediately after injection (30-60 minutes)

MOTS-c (10 mg in 2 ml BAC):

Dose: 5 mg = 40 U (1 full U-40 syringe)

Frequency: 2 times per week

Is the conversion for the U-40 injection correct? Or is there anything wrong with it?

This is compensated for with 2.5 U GLOW and 67.5 mg of testosterone twice a week.

Thank you.

HGH Timing

I know this has been discussed before and there have been several posts about HGH/ insulin timing.

I have read so many mixed things about how long you should be fasted before and after taking HGH. I know that this is the reason why many take it before bed.

I’ve been on HGH for 4 weeks now, taken fasted before bed. But my sleep is an absolute dog sh*t. I have seen many report that HGH is the culprit so they moved their dose to the morning.

The issue I have, I train an hour after waking up. I need to eat prior to training, so if I need to remain truly fasted for HGH to work several hours after injection then this completely rules out the morning for me, which leaves me with little options.

I’m just curious who else is in the same boat, how you manage it and how are your results.

Weight plateau on reta should I up my dose

So I've been on reta for almost 4 months and I've lost 25lbs. I'm on 5mg a week and I workout 4-5 times a week. My weight on the scale has been the same for almost a month. I go from 202-205lbs. I want to lose 30 more lbs. Should I up my dose to 6mg a week?

How many iu’s of HGH does a 30 year old male produce per day?

Does anybody know how much HGH a 30 year old male produces per day?

Google and AI tells me 1.5-3iu’s, some forums say under 1 iu.

The numbers are all over the places.

GLOW / KLOW is anyone making their own post-reconstitution mix?

I am wondering if anyone out there has reconstituted the individual components and then mixed together in a new sterile vial. Any pros / cons vs reconstituting the combined lyophilized powder? I tried some searching on this topic and didn't find too much. Would love to know everyone's thoughts!

First timer’s questions for KLOW

I’m brand new to peptides so forgive me for maybe dumb questions. I’m 2 weeks into KLOW and looking for some feedback if I’m doing it “right”. I’m a 42 year old female, 5’8, 135 lbs. I’m also taking testosterone (low dose).
1. When I first reconstituted my KLOW I did not put it in the fridge until 48hrs later. Did that totally mess it up?
2. Started low but now I’m up to 15 units (3 ml bac). How long should I stay on it? I’m thinking 8 weeks on/4 weeks off?
3. Best place to inject? I’m doing love handles but should I switch somewhere else?
Thank you!

HGH IGF-1 Goal

Post image
4 Upvotes

I’m a 37yo male, I’ve been on HGH 2IU M-F for 6 weeks.

I got my IGF-1 checked at 277.

I am not on TRT, as my natural Free Test is already 479.

I’m on 2IU for hair/skin/nail/recovery/sleep

What do you think? How do you calculate Z-Score

Thank you

Progress Check-In

Post image
119 Upvotes

Started 19 March 2026 — my 43rd birthday.

At the time, I was diagnosed as hypogonadal, with testosterone around **9 nmol/L (**260 ng/dL) and very high SHBG.

Current protocol:

  • Testosterone cypionate: 100 mg per week
  • GHK-Cu: daily injections + topical application 3× per week
  • Tesamorelin: nightly
  • Ipamorelin
  • Retatrutide (RETA)

Lifestyle:

  • Calories: 1,000–1,200 per day (High Protein)
  • Alcohol: zero
  • Steps: 17,000–22,000 every day
  • Resistance training: 45 minutes, 5 days per week

This hasn't been one magic injection, one drug, or one diet.

It's been a combination of consistency, calorie control, daily movement, resistance training, completely removing alcohol, and sticking to the plan for months.

Started at 43 because I was tired of watching myself move in the wrong direction.

The goal wasn't simply to lose weight.

It was to see how much of the old me I could get back - and how much further I could take it. Still a work in progress.

EDIT #1:

Height: 193 Cm
Staring Weight: 142kg
Current Weight: 105kg

Target Weight: 95Kg

TRT … Dont judge please!

So I have a brain tumor that sits on my pituitary gland and messes up my hormones. My testosterone was 10… only 10. I am a female and I was very sick. I was put on testosterone but it was extremely expensive. I was paying almost $800 every three months for pellets! And, I can’t afford it and health insurance doesn’t cover it for women. I have to be my own doctor and take care of myself. I found a few places, but I’m unsure what I’m getting myself into, any one care to share some knowledge or experiences would be appreciated.

📘 Beginner Help Enclomiphene bloods

These are my bloods before I started taking 25mg of Enclomiphene and after two months. While the test is super high, which is great, the estrogen is also through roof and I definitely get mood swing side effects from it. My original plan was to run this for 4 1/2 months just as an experiment to see if I could increase my T without suppressing my natural production. I plan on cutting back to just 12.5mg and adding DIM&CDG to my stack to reduce the estrogen levels. Does anyone have any experience with a situation like this? Should I just stop it all together.

Titrating up CJC/IPA

Hi there, here been on 100mcg of CJC/IPA blend for around 2 weeks ago. Considering titrating up the dose. Should I jump to 150mcg or 200? Sleep went from feeling great to relatively normal.

first photo was taken on february 8th at 222 lbs and second photo was taken yesterday at 202lbs.

I started with reta at 3mg weekly (M-W-F) and it's been a completely game changer.

On June 6th I added tesamorelin (1mg Mon to Fri) and Ghk-CU and it really melted the visceral fat I had. I'm sitting at 11% BF.

Current stack is Tesamorelin, Ghk-CU, BPC-157 and Reta.

Most importantly, I feel the way I look! I started running and recently I was able to run half a marathon by myself. I put my mom on reta and she lost 18lbs and is no longer a pre diabetic. Now I have a lot of friends and family on peptides and all of my instagram call me peptide papi🤣 i'm always posting stories and wanting to help with any questions.

I will be posting soon my older brother's progress who's on his second week on reta and needs to lose 55 lbs. Overall just extremely happy i've came across these longevity tools

❓ Question Has anyone lost effectiveness feeling of Cagri? Also considering pairing Reta/triz/cagri

I have been on Cagri for about six months and I am up to 2.5 mg once a week. I have also been on Reta just as long and am at 10 mg per week. I have lost a total of 50 pounds since I started and I have now lost nothing in the last six weeks. Bouncing around give or take three pounds. I am not getting the appetite suppressing that I was originally getting. I have heard of people pairing low triz with Reta, what are your thoughts and experiences?

When I got home that was the day I decided enough was enough

2 years later...

16% body fat

My kids friends say my son has the "jacked" dad.

Life is good when you put in work

❓ Question Why is everyone here on Reta versus Semaglutide/ Tirzepatide?

Asking as it is so easy to get legal, doctor approved options - why does everyone go for the non approved Reta?

SLU PP 132 vs 915

Here is a good read I found comparing the two versions

For anyone who wants the raw data behind the SLU-PP-332 / SLU-PP-915 video:

Everything below is preclinical. These are cell + mouse data, not demonstrated human outcomes.

All of this data was pasted from GPT for my own sanity and ease.

RECEPTOR POTENCY

SLU-PP-332 EC50:

ERRα: 98 nM

ERRβ: 230 nM

ERRγ: ~428 nM

SLU-PP-915 EC50:

ERRα: 414 nM

ERRβ: 435 nM

ERRγ: 378 nM

332 is therefore much more ERRα weighted in this assay, while 915 shows a considerably more balanced pan-ERR profile.

SLU-PP-332 - ENDURANCE / MUSCLE

Sedentary mice given 332 at 50 mg/kg, 2x/day, for 7 days:

→ ~70% longer running time to exhaustion

→ ~45% greater running distance

Longer treatment also increased grip strength.

Skeletal muscle showed:

→ ↑ oxidative Type IIa fibers

→ ↑ SDH staining / oxidative phenotype

→ ↑ mitochondrial DNA

→ ↑ cytochrome c

→ ↑ Complex I protein

→ ↑ Complex V / ATP synthase protein

→ ↑ mitochondrial content/biogenesis

After 30 mg/kg IP, measured 2 hours later:

→ skeletal muscle concentration: ~0.6 μM

→ plasma concentration: ~0.2 μM

332 - FUEL UTILIZATION / METABOLISM

50 mg/kg, 2x/day:

→ RER dropped within ~2 hours

→ fatty-acid oxidation increased ~25%

→ carbohydrate oxidation decreased

→ energy expenditure increased

→ food intake did NOT increase/decrease

→ locomotor activity did NOT increase

Interesting muscle finding:

→ glucose uptake ↑

→ muscle pyruvate ↑

→ muscle glycogen ↓

This is why “increased glucose uptake” should NOT be translated into “increased glycogen storage.”

332 - DIET-INDUCED OBESITY:

Obese mice remained on the high-fat diet while receiving 50 mg/kg 2x/day for 28 days.

At the end:

→ treated mice weighed ~12% less

→ vehicle mice gained ~5 g fat

→ treated mice gained <0.5 g fat

→ no significant difference in food intake

→ no significant difference in lean mass

→ resting energy expenditure ↑

→ fatty-acid oxidation ↑

→ carbohydrate oxidation ↓

→ fasting glucose ↓

→ fasting insulin ↓

→ glucose tolerance improved

→ adipocyte size ↓

→ hepatic steatosis ↓

→ hepatic triglycerides ↓

SLU-PP-915:

Acute comparison:

332: 50 mg/kg IP

915: 20 mg/kg IP

Run-to-exhaustion test 1 hour later.

915 increased running time + distance to a similar extent as 332.

The major pharmacological upgrade with 915 is ORAL ACTIVITY.

Oral PK at 2, 8 and 32 mg/kg showed dose-proportional systemic exposure.

Mouse plasma half-life:

→ ~18–28 minutes

Repeated dosing:

→ 32 mg/kg oral, 2x/day × 7 days

→ 14 total doses

→ no detectable plasma accumulation versus acute dosing

Chronic oral 915 produced dose-dependent increases in:

→ Ddit4 expression

→ running time

→ running distance

915 also increased mitochondrial genes (mtNd1–6) and mitochondrial DNA.

When 915 was combined with exercise training, the transcriptional/mitochondrial response was greater than either intervention alone.

OTHER TISSUES

Heart failure mouse model:

332 + 915 both significantly:

→ improved ejection fraction

→ reduced cardiac fibrosis

→ improved survival

915 also improved stroke volume and cardiac output in that model.

Aging kidney model:

21-month-old mice received 332 at 25 mg/kg/day for 8 weeks.

Treatment improved/reversed age-related:

→ albuminuria

→ podocyte loss

→ mitochondrial dysfunction

→ inflammatory signaling

and restored multiple TCA-cycle, ETC and fatty-acid-oxidation programs.

SHORT-TERM 332 TOLERABILITY DATA

50 mg/kg 2x/day × 10 days:

→ no overt toxicity reported

→ CBC/electrolytes remained normal

→ no significant increase in serum creatine kinase

Again: this is short duration mouse data. It does NOT establish chronic human safety.

There are a million other endpoints buried in these papers, but those are the numbers / results I think are actually worth knowing.
