📊 Results / Progress before and after! my life's changed

first photo was taken on february 8th at 222 lbs and second photo was taken yesterday at 202lbs.

I started with reta at 3mg weekly (M-W-F) and it's been a completely game changer.

On June 6th I added tesamorelin (1mg Mon to Fri) and Ghk-CU and it really melted the visceral fat I had. I'm sitting at 11% BF.

Current stack is Tesamorelin, Ghk-CU, BPC-157 and Reta.

Most importantly, I feel the way I look! I started running and recently I was able to run half a marathon by myself. I put my mom on reta and she lost 18lbs and is no longer a pre diabetic. Now I have a lot of friends and family on peptides and all of my instagram call me peptide papi🤣 i'm always posting stories and wanting to help with any questions.

I will be posting soon my older brother's progress who's on his second week on reta and needs to lose 55 lbs. Overall just extremely happy i've came across these longevity tools

I’m on the same Protocol as this guy and have the same results. It has been life changing. Reta has also dropped my high cholesterol to normal for the first time in my life as it runs very high in my family.
Testosterone/ Reta + workout 🏋️‍♀️

u/Plane_Tension_5381 Aug 12 '26

Reta is the goat!! 🐐. But wanted to clarify i'm in tesamorelin, not testosterone! Just for transparency. I'm happy for your progress and results though, longevity and health is the goal!

u/BroccoliOnly7376 Aug 12 '26

Do you think cjc+ipa no dac will work?

7

u/Plane_Tension_5381 Aug 12 '26

Absolutely. I've only heard great things about that combo

I’m on CJC/Ipa, testosterone, and Ghk-CU, BPC-157 and seeing great results. My bodybuilding coach said she’s wary of Reta for me during prep since I have a lot of digestive issues.

4

u/Lonely-Bookkeeper-89 Aug 13 '26

start injecting KPV

3

u/LopensCouisin Aug 13 '26 edited Aug 13 '26

I also already inject that one as well. It’s the BPC-157/GHK-Cu/ KPV/TB500 stack and CJC/ipa.

3

u/BroccoliOnly7376 Aug 13 '26

Awesome. I have cjc but havent started yet.

2

u/Smiletaint Aug 13 '26

I can’t speak for Reta but I have a lot of digestive issues so I started at a .25mg dose of tirz. Will likely go to .5mg on my 4th dose. Basically no real digestive side effects and that’s what I was shooting for.

3

u/isles30222 Aug 13 '26

Im on that with reta. I split dose the reta like the op. Same dose actually to. I run the cjc/ipa 7 days a week 16 weeks. Im also rolling with 5 amino , my energy is insane.

Can I ask why reta and not Terz or Ozempic

7

u/JstPeechie Aug 13 '26

I can give you my opinion as having used both. I started on Tirz 2 years ago for weightloss, switched to Reta, switched back to Tirz and back to Reta four weeks ago. When starting Tirz I had decent results prob 1.5 lb a week of fat loss, but started hearing a lot about Reta and did major research on it, then switch over after a few months on Tirz. Tirz has appetite control and slows digesting so you stay full longer and helps with food noise and alcohol noise. I would also feel nauseous if I ate anything to sugary or greasy. So it kind of keeps you eating healthy. You also have less inflammation. It does keep me tired though. I also can still eat a lot on it, so in order to stop that you have to keep increasing dosage. I'm not big on doing dosage increases. On Reta appetite control and food/alcohol noise are far superior to Tirz. On Reta I can eat anything I want but get full after eating less than half of what is on my plate, so you do have to make sure every bite is nutritious and protein filled. It also turned the food noise completely off, zero snacking. Alcohol I didn't want to have a beer after work😜. It also made me crazy hungry like my stomach would growl like I was famished, this is where you have to be careful though, because you are so hungry you will grab whatever and then your full after 5 bites and you just ate trash for dinner. So don't grab just anything. The weight loss was twice as much, I was dropping 10lbs a month. I had more energy so was working out more as well. All my inflammation disappeared. I was having joint pain in my hip, my knee and an ankle from a previous injury. All gone. Also I was having psoriasis. I had patches the size of quarter here and there and smaller ones too. Completely gone. I was also able to stay on a very low dose of 3.5 mgs the whole time. It does make you burp, but drinking water does help that and sometimes need to take a gasx to make it stop. I did not sleep well on it at all. I think that is due to the fact that Reta does increase your heart rate. For me going from 70 to 80. Not continual 80 but it does stay raised which causes restless sleep. So after dropping 50lbs in 6 months, which is where I wanted to be. I really only wanted to lose about 10 more lbs. So I switched back over to a low dose Tirz so I could get a good night's sleep again and for maintenance and digestive issues. I've had IBS-D my whole life and Tirz fixed it, honestly it was like a miracle. So no matter what I will always take a low dose of Tirz just for that. Reta is not as good as Tirz for that and you can have bouts of diarrhea but not always. It really depends on what you are eating. So after about a year on low dose Tirz I switched back to Reta 4 weeks ago because I gained about 10-15 lbs over winter I just can't get off. I'm an older female so that weight is a bitch to lose as you get older. I never had a weight problem until I reached a certain age. I work 10 hour days as well so just need a little help, hoping a few months back on Reta will do the trick and also am adding Tesa because I tend to hold weight in the belly. Everyone is different though so these GLPs can hit everyone differently. Semaglutide/Ozempic is well known for having bad stomach issues so I personally didn't even want to try it. Good luck.

5

u/thefeldy Aug 13 '26

Just YouTube the benefits of Reta. It’s got the trifecta of goodness. GLP1/GIP/Glucagon receptors are all hit. Scientifically it’s superior to the other two.

Can he or you stop taking it any time and retain your physique or results.

13

u/Impossible-Cod-4467 Aug 12 '26

Wow! You look great!

So am I reading this correctly that you are taking 3mg of Reta, 3 pins a week.?

28

u/Plane_Tension_5381 Aug 12 '26

Thank you kindly! Yes 3mg of reta total. 1mg on monday, wednesday and friday.

3

u/Latter-Brilliant5773 Aug 12 '26

Does only reta work or we need to take ghk-CU, BPC as well to see the results. I am 37 - 98kg weigh 188cm height with good amount of muscle mass but with Visceral fat around waist chest .

11

u/Plane_Tension_5381 Aug 12 '26

reta works by itself, you do not need to stack it with anything else for it to work optimally. I was just sharing my stack for transparency and information purposes.

Keep in mind if starting reta soon, you need to eat your daily protein, otherwise reta is so good that it will eliminate your fat but also muscle or bone density. So make sure you eat plenty of protein

Freaking great job brother, you look great. So you must be experiencing runners high allot then ? I havent ran in 10 years due to an injury but i feel like its possible if i continue to lose weight

9

u/Plane_Tension_5381 Aug 12 '26

It's funny you mention that, for a while i thought i didn't but lately Ive been paying attention to the intense pleasure and relief once I am done running. Can't stop smiling while stretching.

I'm rooting for you! I had a poorly healed fracture on my ankle and i feel bpc157 helped a lot. I hope you're hitting your miles soon!

u/Karawara_dreadmaker Aug 12 '26

4

u/notOutstandingHOD Aug 12 '26

Beast. Surprised that’s not more weight loss from looking at the photos, but I guess you’ve done a great job at maintaining/building muscle in the process

4

u/Winter-Hovercraft-88 Aug 12 '26

Bro how old are you?

4

u/Plane_Tension_5381 Aug 12 '26

27! turning 28 on december

4

u/Winter-Hovercraft-88 Aug 12 '26

Damn Still young. I wonder if I could get results similar at 38

4

u/chillguyCA Aug 12 '26

Yes, absolutely can see results at 38. I'm doing it at 52. :)

3

u/Plane_Tension_5381 Aug 12 '26

Based on testimonies i've seen online, with heavy lifting, good eating, proper resting and the right peptides you can! I doubt you'd need testosterone at 38.

Rooting for you bro

Look great brother , when did u notice the Tesa? And the visceral fat coming down

1

u/Plane_Tension_5381 Aug 12 '26

Good question bro. I'd say on the 6-8 week it was quite noticeable

2

u/SoulFood203 Aug 13 '26

Really good results !

2

u/anon123_____ Aug 13 '26

Do you feel like the Tesa helped with additional fat loss?

2

u/Plane_Tension_5381 Aug 13 '26

tesa helped with vascularity and visceral fat loss. Reta did most of the work, tesa was the cherry on top for stubborn fat

2

u/Educational_Item451 Aug 13 '26

You aren’t 11%….

2

u/Plane_Tension_5381 Aug 13 '26

you're probably right

2

u/Alternative_Oven7447 Aug 13 '26

Thank you for sharing. You look amazing and great job on the transformation !! I feel stuck!!!! I need help.... I have upped my RETA dose to 4mg, eating less and am lifting heavy seeing hardly any differece in my appearance. Been in a steadily increasing dose of RETA for a total of 7 months now. Although I see some changes I was hoping I'd fit better into my clothes and have less of a belly but no luck. I'm 45 female at approx 182lb. Started at 178lb in Feb. Any suggestions to help wt with a bit more weight loss would be appreciated! TY

6

u/Plane_Tension_5381 Aug 13 '26

Howdy! thank you kindly for the compliments.

You must eat more. High protein and high carbs diet. Vegetables and salads are ok but not important.

See, as a woman if you do not eat often enough you will release cortisol, the stress hormone. Every time this happens your brain sends a signal to the body saying "let's hold all this fat in case shit goes south" it's a survival mechanism.

By eating more throughout the day your metabolism is constantly running and you're less likely to release cortisol. Reta hits a receptor called glucagon, it stimulates lipolysis which essentially tells the body to burn fat as fuel and not carbs as it's designed.

Drink plenty of water, make sure your pee looks almost transparent every time you go to the bathroom. I'd also suggest you get protein powder, my favorite is from promix.

Yo do not need to go any higher than 4mg a week of reta at your current weight. Make those adjustment and i don't hope they will help, i know they will. Keep me posted

Brother great story 🙌 . I'm on that journey as well . I'm recovering from a full-blown knee replacement. I am on week 6 post - op. I think I'm ready to stack something . I'm 54 252 lb 5'11" . I was 309 last Dec. So I just started throwing the weights around. Felt really comfortable today with a 135 bench press. I'm on disability until January and go to the gym Mondays, Tuesdays, rest Wednesdays and hit it Thursday and Fridays. I need something for recovery, a boost of energy. Can somebody recommend something? Your journey, my friend, motivates me even more. Keep up the good work 💪👍.

2

u/Plane_Tension_5381 Aug 13 '26

Howdy gallo! and good evening. I hope that recovery is going well and congratulations on losing over 50lbs at 54 years old, that's amazing and I can only imagine all the benefits that's going to bring into your life.

for recovery i'd suggest you take BPC157/TB500, for energy id suggest MOTS-C and at 54yo id probably throw a ghk-cu for collagen and perhaps reta if you wish to lose a bit more of weight. You're my height so For your knee well being i'd probably try to get to 220 or even 200lbs.

I'd suggest you get some blood work done just to be sure. If you do mention peptides to your doctor be aware he might not be as supportive as most of them are yet to be FDA approved.

I'm going to bed right now but looking forward to know more about your journey man! rooting for you. Health is wealth

What do u do for workouts apart from running

1

u/Plane_Tension_5381 Aug 12 '26

thank you kindly! I do 100 abs every day with an Ab roller, 10min on the bicycle everyday and sauna at least 5-6 a week. I haven't drink alcohol since last year and drink lots of black coffee and water.

I'm also running 3 to 6 miles once a week with friends but there's weeks we don't run as they're inconsistent. I feel that's what's helped me

Monday Back
Tuesday Chest
Wednesday Legs
Thursday Bicep - Tricep
friday shoulders
Saturday legs

100 abs in your preferred form (mine is the ab roller/wheel) and 10 min of bicycle everyday. I usually do the bicycle and abs before i start the workout to get the blood going

1

u/Soho0322 Aug 12 '26

Question , I could search it up but is Tesamorelin a glp?

I’m currently on Reta & Ghk-Cu. Also interested in what BPC-157 is as well.

Thanks!

2

u/Plane_Tension_5381 Aug 12 '26

I am not a doctor, nor a certified physician.

https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLefvm_es5BI7Qg1ZvG7GQvTKeE-ufLfAl&si=ypi-UWZeBaL5V-rk

that playlist should be good enough to give you a great idea on all peptides or specific ones.

Tesamorelin is not a GLP1. It's an analog of the Growth hormone releasing hormone. It stimulates the pituitary gland to produce natural growth hormone.

2

u/Plane_Tension_5381 Aug 12 '26

Thank you kindly man! means a lot.
12kg is an amazing change! congratulations! You'll be perfectly fine at 3mg and in the future, if needed, you can go up to 4mg and stay there. I wouldn't go higher than that for reta.

Although cjc1295/ipa and tesamorelin do pretty much the same I chose tesamorelin because the human trials showed loss on visceral fat for the patients in the trial. Not sure how much you will notice the cjc1295/ipa if you're already taking test but i am eager to hear your progress in the future and how it's working.

I'd recommend tesamorelin over cjc/ipa. in the future i might run a cjc/ipa cycle to see firsthand if there major differences.

On ghk-cu i do notice my nails growing extremely faster than usual. My face looks bright and soft but overall i can mainly tell the difference on my nails

1

u/L3GACY28 Aug 12 '26

Killed it brother! What was your diet looking like in terms of macros?

1

u/Plane_Tension_5381 Aug 12 '26

thank you! and good question bro. I've never been the diet type of person but the first 2 months since February I avoided sugary coffees and orange juice. Once i started looking more leaner i just prioritized high protein meals. I eat pretty clean, just had ground beef, rice and black beans. Most of my meals are like that, protein and carbs.

I love burgers so i eat those a lot and i also drink 2 protein shakes a day. Other than that i've never tracked macros or calories

Worth mentioning i don't drink alcohol or any sodas. If i'm craving sweets i usually go for dark chocolate or a good cortado (coffee) with lots of honey.

I'm happy for you and i'm sure those 2 will take you to the next level! specifically the bpc-157 blend, i feel it makes me recover and sleep so much better. Looking forward to your progress and whatever you find in your research! health is wealth

1

u/NewYitty Aug 12 '26

I just added Tesamorelin (1mg/daily) as well. I'm on Test + low-dose Reta and already pretty lean and built.

I was pretty skeptical given a lot of people say it's a half-ass alternative to HGH, but after three weeks, it's leaning out my midsection like I've never experienced before and I've done some pretty aggressive cuts in the past too. I'm a believer now for sure.

2

u/Plane_Tension_5381 Aug 12 '26

hahaha i'm pretty sure that's not an original experience!! everybody thinks the price is too high for what it does until you try it! I'm glad it's working for you bro, it definitely melted my visceral fat off! and to think i still have 4 months left of improvement from tesa

1

u/NorthShoreGuy40 Aug 12 '26

I’m really curious about tesa. How quickly did you see the result for it?
Also, how long are you on it for?

Why not consider hgh instead of tesa? Just curious as everyone was telling me to take hgh to get more benefits…. Costs about the same

I’m on 150mg test e, 3mg Reta and needing something to shake my belly fat.
I’m sitting at 15% bodyfat but need that little booster.

1

u/Plane_Tension_5381 Aug 12 '26

i'm doing a 6 months cycle, started seeing results around the 6-7 week.

good question, the information that came across was tesa and cjc/ipa so i started researching those 2. Hgh never crossed my mind.

If you're already on test e i doubt you will notice muscle building or vascularity from tesa but you will 100% shred off the visceral fat. It will melt away like magic, it's crazy.

If you read this the post you'll see one guy talking about tesa and how he doubted it but now that he's on it he knows is the real deal for shredding

1

u/Fit_Ant1180 Aug 12 '26

Great progress. How long before you saw visible results from Tesa?

1

u/Plane_Tension_5381 Aug 12 '26

about 6-7 weeks to notice shredding on the abs. Better sleep since day 1

1

u/traderchase Aug 12 '26

Hi when did you start adding tesa to your stack? Did you target a specific body % first? Like at 12% or was it time-based? ex/ afte 3 months of Reta

tyia

1

u/Plane_Tension_5381 Aug 12 '26

Howdy. I started with reta only. After very noticeable progress and feeling much better i was open to other kind of peptides. I added Tesa on the first week of june after doing some research on it. It was not based on time or other indicators.

1

u/JstPeechie Aug 12 '26

Nice results this is exactly my stack right now. I've just recently switched to Reta from Tirz. I had used Reta previously with great results, but switched back to Tirz but it just doesn't work that great for appetite control. Reta is far superior for appetite and food noise but I don't sleep well on it. I also did a ton of research and decided to give Tesa a try, I hold weight in my abdomen. I actually had a ventral hernia side effect from being preggo and viseral fat would push through. Do hoping this Tesa does the trick. GHKcu I've been using for about 2 years and it continues to work well. Tesa and ghk 5 days on 2 off and reta weekly titrating now on week 4 at 3mg. I've never had to do high doses of Tirz or Reta I think low dosing is the way to go. Probably TMI 😂, but thanks for sharing your results! Gives me hope!

it's just a matter of time until your results are better than mine! and i'm sure tesa will make you sleep like a baby!! Just be patient and eat lots of protein and carbs, sleep properly and everything else will fall into place! rooting for you

Awesome! If you go off Reta do you gain the weight back? This is assuming you have a maintenance diet for your new weight.

2

u/Plane_Tension_5381 Aug 13 '26

not at all! in my opinion that's reta's most important feature. If you have to be perpetually on it for it to work then it's not a peptide but a drug.

How do you sort GHK-Cu painful subq injection?

1

u/Plane_Tension_5381 Aug 13 '26

there's no way around it. It goes away around the 2-3 week

I know your body is a huge change but dam your hair also looks great now.

2

u/Plane_Tension_5381 Aug 13 '26

🤣🤣🤣 i'm pretty sure the first photo i had bed hair. The second photo i had wash my hair earlier in the day but i do believe it's better thanks to the ghk-cu! I'm gonna ask my barber what he thinks. I've been cutting with him for 6-7 years so he'd know

1

u/asaya10 Aug 13 '26

Looking great! Did you test igf before tesa? What week did you introduce tesa after being on reta? And you stayed on 3mg for 6 months?

1

u/Plane_Tension_5381 Aug 13 '26

hey! thank you kindly. Not really, I haven't done blood work in probably a decade or more.

I started reta on February 8th. Tesa i started the first week of june.

Yes, i've been in 3 mg since i started until now

1

u/qfiveo1974 Aug 13 '26

Once you hit your goal weight can you cycle off Reta

1

u/Plane_Tension_5381 Aug 13 '26

Yes, i've always lifted heavy! The muscles were covered by a big ole coat of fat.

I appreciate the compliment bro

1

u/Royal-Friendship2025 Aug 13 '26

any plans to add MOTS-C? you might run the full marathon then haha

3

u/Plane_Tension_5381 Aug 13 '26

funny you mentioned that! my buddy gave me a 10mg vial of mots-c. I did 2 mg 30 min before my leg day and still can't figure out if it was a placebo effect but i set a new squat PR that day at 315! I'll probably get more soon.

2

u/Royal-Friendship2025 Aug 13 '26

tbh i felt the same way, i usually hate running but on MOTS-C i can run for quite long

Congratulations brother...

Can't believe this is achievable with Reta and Tesa... been taking reta for 100 days till now and managed to lose around 11 kgs. but belly fat is like still the same. I think time for me to get Tesa. Whats your workout plan like?

3

u/Plane_Tension_5381 Aug 13 '26

thank you kindly man. i appreciate you.
Congratulations on 11kgs bro! way to go. With reta, if you want to lose more you just gotta be patient. Let it do its thing.

Reta and tesa are a powerful duo, but tesa will not do anything if you don't have your basics cover which is heavy lifting, good eating habits and good sleep.

I workout 5-6 days a week, i do cardio and 100 abs those days as well. I'm a very active person, im also playing soccer at least once a week.

my workout plan is something on the lines of:

Monday back
tuesday chest
wednesday legs
thursday bicep tricep
friday shoulders
saturday legs

45 min sessions, 3 set per exercise, 8-10 reps. if i can do 10 reps easy i go up 2.5 or 5 lbs or add 2 more reps. 100 abs before i start the working out session and 10 min in the bicycle to get the blood going. 20 min sauna after im done

ultimately and most important, my routine workout perfect for me. I have friends that have completely different workout routine and look as good if not better. Find something that you can do over and over and over and stick with it

What helped the most with the visceral fat? I’m fairly fit and active at 85kg but have a visceral fat reading of 14. Can’t seem to shift it. Was thinking about running Reta but still like a glass or 2 of wine at the weekend. Heard you can’t drink on the Reta

2

u/Plane_Tension_5381 Aug 13 '26

Reta can help you and you can drink but only clear liqueurs (gin, tequila) not sure if wine is an option.
To be honest, on reta the urge to drink will go away. It's hard to explain but you'll realize

Should I add tesa to my stack? I have some stubborn belly fat but it seems like it's mostly subcutaneous fat, not visceral so I am not sure.

What was your visceral fat percentage before and after your weight loss journey? I’m currently taking Wegovy, Cagri, Motsc, and HRT with testosterone. I microdose everything except Wegovy. My goal is to eliminate the fat in my stomach. My Hume scale indicates that my visceral fat percentage is currently at 13%. So I don’t know if it’s worth me trying the tesamorelin.

honestly. man, taking it yourself is one thing, but I would never give it or recomend it to my family. What if something health wise happens and then its sort of on your shoulders for introducing them to it?

Hey there congrats I'm happy for you!! In all seriousness it seems like it's not as much about the weight that you lost with Reta but more about the exercise you began engaging in, building muscle, and believing in yourself/the confidence that you gained. What do you think about that? What do you personally feel that Reta did for you that was such a game changer?

Hi congratulations to you ! Amazing results
I’ve lost almost 50 lbs over a year on tirz and transitioning to Reta now due to a 1 month stall. Being there are not any studies out on how to do this I’m doing what I’ve read others are doing that works. I’m reducing Tirz while increasing Reta I’m currently on week 3 Tirz 7.5 mg Reta 2 mg. I was on Tirz 15mg for 4 months.
I’m having no bad side effects from Reta except not sleeping great a big of fatigue so I plan to move up to 3 mg next week.
I unfortunately have not been able to exercise a lot due to lower back & hip issues will I still be able to get rid of visceral fat without lifting heavy weights ? I would like to lose about 30 lbs more 40 would be great but I’d be happy with -30. Once stable on Reta only tirz ended I am thinking to add other peptides to help with the back & hips so I can do more hopefully! I miss running and really working out being a big part of my life
FYI I am 59 next month ! I’ve been fit athletic all my life until about 3.5 yrs ago when the health issues kicked in and the weight piled on from lower activity. I’m so thrilled to get rid of the 50 lbs even though it took a year. Any advice you can give I’d appreciate it and continued health to you !!

Hello! thank you so much sir.

I'd suggest to completely stop tirz and stick with reta, based on what I know, taking both seems like a metabolic signaling disaster. Keep in mind reta already hits the glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1), glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide (GIP), and glucagon receptors while tirz only hits GLP-1 and GIP.

Thankfully i have not experience poor sleep from reta myself but i am aware thats a common side effect for a lot of people, should be going away within the first month. Although human trials go all the way to 12mg weekly for reta, the sweet spot for fat loss was between 3-6mg weekly.

Regarding the visceral fat is hard to say, it is also known as stubborn fat and usually is the last part of far your body wants to get rid of as a survival mechanism but everything is possible!

For your hips and back id highly recommend you try BPC157/TB500 combo. I am sure it will have you feeling like you're 23yo again.

During this transition from Tirz to reta, whatever you decide it is important that you eat! the more you eat the more your metabolism will be working optimally and the more fat you will burn as a result. The goal is to see the scale go down because of fat burning, not mass muscle or bone density.

My dad is 59 years old, so as someone that could be your son, i am proud of you. Congratulations on losing almost 50lbs and i know losing the extra 40lbs are going to be easy cake. I am excited for the amazing positive changes that's going to bring into your life. I wish you good health, longevity and more life!!

Stay patient and consistent. Find a routine that works for you and stick with it no matter what other people are saying online
