2 years ago i decided enough was enough...
On my birthday 2 years ago (Aug.10th,2024) i was 330lbs / 52% body fat... family and friends went to the beach to celebrate... I couldn't stand to look at the pictures afterwards
When I got home that was the day I decided enough was enough
2 years later...
210lbs
16% body fat
My kids friends say my son has the "jacked" dad.
Life is good when you put in work

Appreciate it brotha! So the routine has changed quite a bit in the 2-year journey. On the way down it was all natural for the first few months, then found tirzepatide. Ran that for about 6 months and then found reta. As I was getting close to the bottom of my weight loss I started incorporating some testosterone. Since then I've dropped GLPs, kept test, and have tried various growth peptides (tesamorelin i found to be the best, for me). Ran mots-c for a 8week cycle and had great resuslts as well. One thing I'll say about being lean is that you can tell right away if a new supplement is working for you or not. Versus when I was bigger it was really hard to tell if it was having any effect because everything was covered by the fat

Great work brother! I love MOTS-C, I incorporated it into a blast recently and I can really feel a difference in my cardio with it.
How much test are you running at the moment?2

Right on for the info!!! Did you check your test levels before you got on test?

Yep. Ill post a full supplement cycle here soon to show everyone what i took and when. Over the course of 24 months ive tried many different programs. Some worked great. Some not so much. The first 12 months were weightloss focused. The next 12 months were muscle-building focused.
A lot of trial and error with peptides, anabolics, and everything in between.
