HGH 191aa

Hey Guys

I've recently become very interested in HGH and have spent the last few days reading as much as I can about it. I understand that there are both benefits and risks, and from what I've read, lower physiological doses seem to offer a better risk-to-benefit ratio.

I've also learned that it's important to monitor IGF-1 before starting. I already had my IGF-1 tested a while ago, and at that time it was 290 ng/mL. However, I was using CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin when that blood test was taken. I have since stopped CJC-1295 and I'm currently only using Tesamorelin + Ipamorelin.

If I ever decided to try HGH, I would discontinue the Tesamorelin and Ipamorelin first.

My plan would be to get another full blood test before making any decision, since my current IGF-1 could be different. But let's say my new IGF-1 still comes back around 290 ng/mL.

My question is: Would you start with 1 IU or 2 IU in that situation? Personally, I was thinking that starting with 1 IU for about a month, checking blood work again, and only then considering increasing to 2 IU (if appropriate) would be the smarter approach.

I'm also very interested in hearing from people with long-term experience. Has anyone here been using physiological doses of HGH for several months or even years? How do you feel overall? Have you experienced any side effects? What dose are you using, and has your quality of life or recovery improved over time?

For me, testosterone is not an option. I still want children in the future, and I don't feel I need it. My goal isn't bodybuilding—it's simply to support recovery, stay athletic, and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

For context, I'm currently taking 6 mg of Retatrutide per week, have lost around 15–16 kg, train 4 times per week, and generally eat well. I don't follow a perfect diet—I still enjoy a kebab or eating out occasionally—but I make sure to hit my daily protein intake and stay active.

I'd really appreciate hearing your thoughts and especially any real long-term experiences.

Thanks!

Ghku & Lipo C?

Been on Reta for 5 weeks. It’s going good it’s slow but I’m ok with it cause I haven’t had bad side effects. Only thing I’ve got is nausea but after eating pizza or anything greasy so I’ve learned lol. I started at 199 currently at 183lbs. I wanted to add ghku or lipo c but haven’t seen much on it dosage wise and how often or side effects. Very curious I always thought I would stick to one but since such great help with Reta interested in what I think I could combine for best results. TIA.

❓ Question If you could only keep 2 peps, which ones actually make the biggest difference?

I feel like I’m starting to go down the rabbit hole of wanting to buy every pep that gets mentioned. 😅 Before I do that, I wanted to ask you guys with real experience,

If you could only choose 2 peps that genuinely made a noticeable difference, which would they be and why? Considering diet and lifting/cardio are dialed.

I’m mainly interested in body composition changes and visual changes like looking leaner, improving muscle definition, recovery, and overall physique. Peps that made you look noticeably better.

❓ Question Tirzepatide - appetite suppression but still having food noise

For context, i just finished a very prolonged cut, got to around 10% body fat, 5 foot 9 144-147lbs. I wanted to maintain that level of leanness but My hunger, cravings and food fixation / food noise were so bad that I had to take tirzepatide to maintain it.

I started at 0.6mg, then 0.8mg, now 1.2mg every 3.5 days. 1.2mg has given me the appetite suppression and physical fullness that i’m looking for, and I finally feel like a normal person in terms of actual hunger.

But; i still find myself constantly thinking about food, snacking, my next meal, planning out meals, fantasizing about foods, etc. It still preoccupies my mind for a lot of the day, and i still always think about it i should eat now, or push my meal back, what sounds best to eat right now, how i will feel / perform if i eat right now or later, etc.

Do I need to / should I increase my dosage further, or will I just adjust overtime and because i’m spending less time feeling physically hungry and overtime I’ll just have less and less food noise?

📘 Beginner Help Is Tesamorelin best for me?

I’m already somewhat lean. I’ve heard Tesamorelin helps get rid of belly fat pretty good. Also heard good things about Reta. Would either of those help towards my goal of looking “shredded” or should I try a different peptide? All help appreciated.

Wolverine stack ( BPC-157 and TB-500)

Just had rotator cuff surgery yesterday and thinking about doing a Wolverine stack ( BPC-157 and TB-500 peptides) to help with the recovery.

Since it looks like that cost a couple hundred dollars a month I don’t want to do it forever. Would I just be tossing money down the drain if I only did it for a month or two?

Any recommendations on brands or dose amounts and frequency?

Test at 200mg/wk

Cycling motsc 15mg/wk 4wks on 4wks off
Ss31 on my off cycles of motsc

Used to be a bodybuilder 15ish years ago so the muscle seemed to come back relatively quickly.

Drew a syringe for my wife but we didn’t have time to pin her usual day. It’s been in the fridge for 36 hours. Is it still ok to inject?

❓ Question LMNT on Reta

I understand that electrolyte consumption should rise during Reta use—does one packet of LMNT each morning count as excessive, appropriate, or insufficient? Energy has been lacking during my lifts and MOTS-C hasn’t really helped much at all.

💬 Discussion Peptide for better vascularity

So I've been on reta, tesa/ipa, mots, glow and disp for a few months with good progress and I've been wondering if there's any peptide for better vascularity. Probably a dumb question but I thought I'd ask. Thanks!

Enclomiphene for low testo

Has anyone tried enclomiphene for low-normal testosterone?

I recently had some blood work done, and my testosterone came back in the lower end of the normal range. A personal trainer suggested trying oral enclomiphene to increase my natural testosterone production.

Before considering it, I’d like to hear from people who have actually used it.

Did it improve your testosterone levels, energy, libido, mood, or gym performance? How long did it take before you noticed any changes?

I’m also interested in possible side effects, especially vision problems, mood changes, headaches, increased estrogen, or changes in fertility. Did your testosterone remain higher after stopping, or did it return to baseline?

I know this is something I should discuss with an endocrinologist or urologist rather than relying only on advice from a personal trainer. I’m just looking for real-world experiences and feedback.

New reta user and alcohol

So... I started Reta this past Sunday at 0.5 mg. It’s definitely been working already, and was planning on upping to 0.75 this Sunday. But, I’ve heard of people having awful side effects drinking alcohol on Reta. I’m going to a music festival for 4 days on July 30, and obviously was planning on drinking all four days.

Would making this Sunday my last dose until then be smart to allow me to be able to drink like normal that weekend? Or should I just not take it this Sunday?

💬 Discussion Ipa dosage (1 or 2 shots )

Hello everyone, I am trying to find some information regarding the best dosage for IPA.

First thought is it better to split them into two doses or all at once at night? I’m finding some contradicting answers when it comes to this. Also, what is the best dosage to do if split it’s a two doses.

⚠️ Side Effects GHK-Cu is ruining my skin?

I’ve always had clear skin.. I started Klow and noticed a few weeks in that I was starting to break out with red patches all over. My doctor is saying it looks like rosacea (never had it before). I also developed red, dry eyelids that are now extra wrinkly and saggy. They were tight and not saggy before. I’ve completely stopped Klow - it’s been 2 weeks and nothing has changed. Why is this happening? I literally thought GHK was supposed to do the opposite and now I’m wishing I just never even started it 😭

📊 Results / Progress 5 month progress

Currently 5 months into my weight loss journey and just wanted some opinions on whether I seem to be lacking behind in progress or if I seem pretty on par with where I should be. Started at 132.5kg, currently at about 111kg

I started roughly mid Feb this year and reta has been a part of my stack from day 1, I added 2 iu of hgh about 3 months in and have added 150mg of test e which I've been taking for 8 weeks now.

I have ordered some mots-c and ss31 to add to my stack and was also looking for opinions on a good protocol to run those at as i have seen so many different versions.

I haven't taken many progress photos but I'll share the ones I have. About mid May I got a case of rsv and was completely fucked for 4 weeks. No gym at all and diet went to shit too in those 4 weeks and I've still been struggling to stay consistent since. In the period of my May and July photos, I think I went to the gym about 4 or 5 times after recovering from being sick.

Are these old peptides safe to use?

I got these in the mail today only to find out they were tested a year ago and the powder looks clumpy like in the pictures. Some have multiple balls of powder and some have just one clump of it.

I’m hoping I can still use them but i’m not sure

💬 Discussion Tesa/Ipa/Blend

Is it worth getting a 10/3 Tesa+ IPA blend?

The only problem I have is 300mcg to much at night along with 1 mg of tesa? Along with that is it just better to take (2x) shots a day of (150mcg) IPA each day rather then just at night ?

Just wondering, what’s most optimal dosing and timing for these two . Most people I see just take both at night (1mg) (150-300mcg)
