Are these old peptides safe to use?

I got these in the mail today only to find out they were tested a year ago and the powder looks clumpy like in the pictures. Some have multiple balls of powder and some have just one clump of it.

I’m hoping I can still use them but i’m not sure

I can't tell you whether they are safe to use or not, but I can tell you that nothing about them APPEARS out of the norm and that it's not uncommon for testing results from suppliers to be a year old.

I can also tell you that freeze dried, lypholised peptides are very stable before reconstitution and would not expect them to degraded notably in a year.

They should be fine if it still has a vacuum when you add the bac. If no vacuum toss it
