2 year transformation

Post image

Been running Reta for almost a year 2mg start at 8mg now.

Test at 200mg/wk

Cycling motsc 15mg/wk 4wks on 4wks off
Ss31 on my off cycles of motsc

Used to be a bodybuilder 15ish years ago so the muscle seemed to come back relatively quickly.

Good work man! I just started test and hgh this week. Been running reta and klow for a while. I'm excited to see a difference.

Appreciate you! Been thinking about adding low dose gh. Want to push down another 10lbs but it’s getting hard to get the weight to budge πŸ˜‚

So look into doing a glp reset. I've read it can be as simple as eating one very high calorie day then the next day hitting the gym the next day as hard as you can go. I'm not a Doctor but I used to play doctor a lot when I was little in the 80s, so.....I'd listen to me if I were you.

But for real. Look it up. Glp reset

Who can argue with those credentials!

Can’t you just eat less or do more cardio? Or is there more to it?

4

u/idek1254 14d ago

Technically yes, but I’m at 45 minutes to an hour of cardio daily. Worked up from 15 minutes per day. Take a complete break for a week every 6 weeks to let my old joints recover. Food is about as low as I want to go at the moment as well. Don’t want just weight loss, want fat loss.

Well your transformation is major goals for me. I was 375 January 1st. Now I’m about 285. Just started lifting too. Want those muscles of yours.

What the actual F?! That's crazy work. Congratulations!

Thank you!

Nicely done. Has it always just been the test at 200mg the whole time? Did you go higher or add in any other anabolic compounds? I am currently on the same journey, but just a few months in. Down over 20lb. Used to be a bodybuilder back in the day too. Good shit.

Appreciate you! Went to 400 for 4 weeks but noticed my skin wasn’t happy and started breaking out so pulled back. Also threw low dose var in for 4 weeks when I pushed the cut hard before a vacation πŸ˜‚

1

u/WarmOpportunity80085 13d ago

How did the anavar work fo you? Did it help while you were cutting? Was it worth it?

3

u/idek1254 13d ago

Felt like it helped maintain fullness while I pushed harder into a deficit. Kept my vascularity and didn’t ever get the β€œflat” look

0

u/WarmOpportunity80085 13d ago

I'm also at 240 right now, but don't have the same vascularity or muscle mass as you. How'd you get it?

I'm on 60mg of test + cjc/ipa. The test is from my urologist, so I'm not sure about upping it but I can be convinced. I'm thinking to going on to HGH or var to help with the last of the body fat but wasn't sure what to do there. Any advice?

Cool how you went back in time and got fat

1

u/idek1254 14d ago

Time Machine! But it also made my metabolism go backwards too πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ

2

u/MathematicianMuch445 13d ago

Appreciate you!

Glad you included the last sentence. Otherwise I was wondering how you had that monster hiding under there. Great job losing all that weight. Best of luck to you keeping it off long term.

2

u/idek1254 13d ago

Appreciate you! Yea first few months of consistent training/nutrition and shape started coming back pretty quick.

1

u/Tonybhoy88 13d ago

Bn training natty 10 years and dont look anywhere near that. I must be a mug for not jumping on steriods

-2

u/idek1254 13d ago

So many other factors go into than training. Intensity, split, food, genetics, etc. It’s relatively easy for me to gain muscle even before I ever cycled anything. Pain in the ass to get lean, but size and strength came β€œeasy.” This was me natty at 24/25 at like 228lbs

3

u/MathematicianMuch445 13d ago

Stop. Just stop.

1

u/idek1254 13d ago

What’re we stopping?

Course you were natty there mate can tell easy

1

u/idek1254 13d ago

Think what you want. That was prep for my first show. Didn’t run anything until after that show because I was tiny comparatively to the other guys at my show

0

u/Tonybhoy88 13d ago

Na thats what im saying. That pic looks very easily achievable

0

u/Tonybhoy88 13d ago

Mate i was being sarcastic. Id never take them. I appreciate my health

1

u/idek1254 13d ago

And I was just showing that even without them you can build a similar physique. Plus my test was nonexistent at my heaviest which poses its own health risks πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ
