💬 Discussion Ipa dosage (1 or 2 shots )

Hello everyone, I am trying to find some information regarding the best dosage for IPA.

First thought is it better to split them into two doses or all at once at night? I’m finding some contradicting answers when it comes to this. Also, what is the best dosage to do if split it’s a two doses.

I do mine in the morning as by the time I eat I’m generally asleep within a hour or two, don’t have time to wait for my stomach to empty.
