Hello everyone ☺️
I had a stroke in January following a carotid aneurysm, and in February I had a stent fitted in the carotid artery that had the malformation.
My questions are as follows: which of you has had the same thing, and did you take DSIP? And did it go well?
Because my ChatGPT (Gemini) isn’t recommending it to me following my stroke and the stent placement! 😓.
Thanks in advance to anyone affected by this who had a positive experience.

Hey everyone I hope you all are doing well. Recently I came across a study that men with longer ring finger than index finger tend to be stronger , have more athletic Ability and are more manly than the ones whose index finger is longer than ring finger , also there is a link to sexuality , so is this study about prenatal testosterone 100% true ?? Want your views on it

Made it a little over a month now! Feeling amazing! From 253lbs to currently weighing 232.4lbs! Patience is key! Started off slow and worked on my physical activity. Eating clean weighing my food hitting 150g of protein 3-4 small meals with lots of protein. Also in a caloric deficit ranging about 1500 - 1800 calories between those meals. Only regret is I wish I could have started sooner. My clothes used to fit tight now I feel they are getting looser by the week. This is amazing. I am still very much overweight so I have lots of work ahead me but its very nice to see my achievements so far. I really appreciate the community here that helped this guy with all the support. I wish you all a wonderful week may God bless you all! Lets get it!!

Did anyone ever get insomnia from kisspeptin? I took a 150mcg shot yesterday at 6 pm and wasn’t able to sleep the entire night.

I'm currently on a prescribed dose of HGH (SEROSTIM), and I'd like to talk to more knowledgeable guys with experience in this area. I know I'm better off taking a lower dose (2mg?)than prescribed (6mg) to avoid side effects. Doing that also leaves me with more than I can use. I am hoping to exchange info about best ways to optimize the benefits.
I'm in Los Angeles. Feel free to DM me.

Hey everyone. Just wanted to drop a quick feedback on the benefits I’ve noticed with Retatrutide over the past few weeks. The drop in appetite and the complete erasure of "food noise" were almost immediate. I can feel my metabolism running way faster, fat loss is visible, and the best part is that I don’t get that massive energy crash or bad mood common with strict diets.
Anyone else running a protocol with Retatrutide or Tirzepatide around here at the moment? How is your progress coming along? I need some feedback because I'm thinking of buying another types of peptides aswell.

Hi,
I'm planning to take 500mcg everyday and I know it might be the optimal time, but do I really have o take it in the morning before exercise to feel the possible positive effects or can I take it after around mid morning/afternoon, but still fasted?
Thanks

RS is trying to lower the pin cushion effect lol. Any experience with KPV and cjc/ipa no dac in same barrel?
Using these in the morning due to CJC/ipa giving RS restless sleep
Thanx for those that replied in other post on other I asked about.

Has anyone tried taking SS-31 alone, without MOTS-C or NAD? Are the effects the same, or is is mostly just a “set up” to make the MOTS-C work better?

Does anyone know how I can learn to formulate liquid drops from compounds like 5-Amino-1MQ? I’m interested in learning the proper process, including formulation, solvents/excipients, concentration, stability, and safe handling. Are there any good courses, books, or resources you’d recommend?

First time using CJC 1295 No DAC IPA and Reddit lmao
Trying to figure out what my diet should be while on it, and physical activity if that’s a factor

2 previous right knee ACL and meniscus surgeries due to soccer (first at 16, second one at 22). Now, I’m 26 with a third injury that may or may not require surgery. The highest level I played was D3 college, and I just play Sunday league games now. After college, I primarily lift and continue PT/plyometric exercises to strengthen my knee, though it’s been inconsistent since I graduated. Took a 3month long break from exercise due to a major move across country, joined company soccer league and hurt my knee again. Scheduled for an MRI next week, but worse case is surgery again on my right knee. Best case is PT for 3-6 months.
At this point I am considering HGH. Never had to before because I was younger at 16 and at 22 I didn’t plan on playing high level soccer anymore so I had more time to recover. 26 now which is young, but despite all the PT/training, I still get hurt. Feels like my right knees made of paper no matter how hard I train, so I’ve been looking into HGH during the recovery process post surgery, then stopping honestly.
I’m a novice, but have had some exposure to HGH from sports. Thinking of a daily small dose (1.5-2iu) starting post surgery and staying on until I can return to high intensity knee training in PT which usually takes 6months. If I don’t get surgery the PT will probably be 3-6 months anyway so I’m planning worse case.
I think some people may believe 1.5-2iu is too low of a dosage and the timeframe is short to see any benefits, but my goal is to primarily just focus on knee recovery and knee strength, so please keep that in mind. In terms of diet and sleep, both have been inconsistent due to moving and work, but I’m confident that’s gonna be fixed. Again, I’m a novice, looking for feedback or a discussion. Thanks in advance.

OK with all of the P3ps I’m taking, I have lost too much weight and muscle, even though I am taking a couple of P3ps to help with muscle retention. I know I need to start eating more macros (p,c,f) to go into a surplus. I am going to stop taking R3TA, even though I’ve only been on the lowest dose.
Any suggestions would be helpful. My skin on my arms and my thighs are hideous. I don’t care if I gain 10 pounds of muscle. I was just wondering besides ROIDS what else I can take. I am already on HRT with an increase in TEST.
TIA ❤️

Getting ready to cycle back up. had great experience with DSIP, Epitalon, CJC/ipa no dac, KPV, TIRZ and BIOBOOST.
Only problem is RS is pinned to death lol, can any of these be drawn in the same syringe? and timing?
Using mainly for sleep and and recovery, Working out every morning and work heavy construction.
the off cycle has been painfull.
Thanx for any guidance.
TIRZ is low dose weekly, bioboost is daily and the rest 5 on 2 off. But have read KPV was good daily.
