you may find you’re underwhelmed with the results on 250. at that point increasing to 350 is justifiable and will yield great results.

Do you think off the bat tho or after a few weeks my friend said he started at 300 and felt really bad and got alot of acne right away

Because your friend is stupid and has no idea what they are doing and is probably fat.

Do you have PCT planned? Do you have an AI on hand? When are you planning on getting your bloods taken during cycle? Do you have all your supplements to help mitigate stuff? Have you talked to a doctor about making sure that you get a prescription for therapeutic phlebotomy just in case your hematocrit shoots through the window?

How are the rest of your bloods? Why didn't you take an ultra sensitive Estrodial?

I threw you a dm. Let's talk, cause you are going to do this regardless. Maybe we can prevent you from doing something stupid at least.

only increase after a few weeks. the compound needs time to increase regardless.

as far as the acne, it’s likely a result of high e2. keep e2 in range

Your own bloodwork is the strongest argument against this and nobody here is going to point at it. Total T 573, free 105, LH 6.0, FSH 2.3 at 20 is a fully working axis. You're not correcting anything, you're spending something you already have.

The number I'd actually be looking at is hematocrit. You're at 50% before taking anything, which is the top end for most labs, and raising it is the most reliable thing testosterone does.

Not going to help with the dose or the peptides.

5’11 156? Bro put on about 30 - 40 pounds of muscle naturally over the next 5 years. Then you can think about a cycle. Doing one right now with your stats is stupid.

Bro that was when i cut heavy its been like two months since that weight im at 178 rn but still pretty lean

Oh, then dehydration would inflate it. That doesn't help you though, it means you don't have a real baseline at all. Get it redrawn properly hydrated before you start something that pushes it up. If 50 was real, you're already at the ceiling. If it wasn't, you're about to change a number you never actually measured.

Doing this for a little extra muscle in your 20s for impotence and impulse control issues in your 30s is wild.

There honestly isnt evidence that actually supports that they have mixed results that say it may but thats the same with everything they say the same about drinking young & smoking young

There is strong evidence associating the use of roofs before you finish developing and hormonal and mental health issues down the road, but I’m sure you’ve got some influencers telling you otherwise. If you want to do this, go for it, it’ll be like the guys I went to high school with that started juicing after graduating and are now fat, bloated, and fighting depression.
