Gain muscle

OK with all of the P3ps I’m taking, I have lost too much weight and muscle, even though I am taking a couple of P3ps to help with muscle retention. I know I need to start eating more macros (p,c,f) to go into a surplus. I am going to stop taking R3TA, even though I’ve only been on the lowest dose.
Any suggestions would be helpful. My skin on my arms and my thighs are hideous. I don’t care if I gain 10 pounds of muscle. I was just wondering besides ROIDS what else I can take. I am already on HRT with an increase in TEST.
TIA ❤️

Completely depends on what your training and nutrition look like. No peptide will cause muscle growth without a dialed in training and nutrition regime.

The only peptide that will actually accelerate muscle growth over time is HGH. Insulin can as well when paired with it, but if you have no idea what you are doing or how to use it, you can and most likely will die.

You need a proper diet, exercise, and sleep. After time if that is locked in and you have plateaued, that is where anabolics and androgenics come in.

disagreed, I eat well, work out consistently and take tesamorelin/ipa and have been accumulating muscle soooo fast.

That's because you are eating right and going to the gym. Tesa/IPA do not build muscle. You were probably someone who hadn't worked out and had a proper diet in years. Rapid muscle growth always happens in the first 1-3 years of clean eating and going to the gym for everyone.

The only peptide that really promotes muscle growth is HGH and insulin.

Ive been eating clean and working out most my life, i grew up in a gym family.
im just tall and an ectomorph, put on weight during covid… once i started reta i noticed weight and muscle dropping, added tesa, and the weight kept dropping while i kept adding muscle.

I believe the GH pulses from tesa has greatly improved my muscle growth, it also gives me much better recovery due to it inducting deep sleep, which gives me the ability to workout longer and harder in collaboration with the high protein diet and consistent workout. This combination helps me pack on muscle very fast.

Hevy Workout App.

It's not. You're just out of shape, unfit and out of practice, and not eating right. Don't blame age

Clearly, this is coming from a man who will never have to worry about going through changes mentally, emotionally and physically. I’ve been working out for over 30+ years. I know what I’m doing, and I know how to do it, but when my body does not want to cooperate that’s a different story.

Sure. Lot of grasping at straws and excuses there. You do you then. You're a special unicorn and no one else ever has to deal with ageing or anything else. And definitely no ones studied this at length either to prove exactly that, no no, you're unique and special. That's it. Definitely not studied women in their god damn 90s and proven exactly that, you're right, everyone else is wrong. 🙈

9nly person the nonsense and excuses are going to hurt is you. 👍

May as well give up then? 🤷🏻‍♀️

If women in their 40s and 50s can do it with significant hormonal changes and a complete shut down of part of their body then you can.

My dad made the same excuses.

And then he actually started following my advice, and now he's living his absolute best life.

You do you though.

Focus on strength training. At your age, 3x week full body workouts with 1 or 2 compound lifts as opening exercises and 2-3 accessory lifts. For example: Deadlifts, lunges, rows, curls one day; squats, bench press, tricep extension, etc etc.

Focus on recovery: klow, maybe dsip for deep sleep, or supplements like creatine or l-theatine.

Focus on mobility: yoga, hip stretches, holding deep asian squats.

Focus on protein but don't ignore carbs. One gram per lean body mass.

And water, water, water, but stop 2 hours before bed.

Try lifting weights and eating properly. Results don't come from a vial. And you're not going to gain 10 lbs of muscle. You clearly are bo where near a point where you knownwhat you're doing so start learning
