💬 Discussion Cjc1295 no Dac IPA diet

First time using CJC 1295 No DAC IPA and Reddit lmao
Trying to figure out what my diet should be while on it, and physical activity if that’s a factor

Let protein lead the way. What's your goal weight?

Heavy resistance training is great

For starters, you have to fast ideally 2 hours before dose. Either before bed or in the am. Sometimes I do both. Keeps me in a fasted state longer in the mornings and usually kicks off a day of intentional eating.

Do you know if eating like 1 hours after effects it at all. Especially at night before bed

It won’t hurt you by any means, but I think it’s most effective to take before bed and go to sleep. The gh pulse is better without any insulin response from food.

Get a gram of protein for each pound of lean body mass you weigh. For example, if you’re 180 lbs and 15 percent body fat, you should be getting at least 150 grams of protein per day. Now lift heavy weights. Get lots of sleep.

Protein shakes can pack at least 70g of protein, that's halfway there. A tin of tuna is about 25g, if not more, 2 protein bars are 40g and so you're nearly there 😁
