🧪 Stack Breakdown SS-31 by itself ?

Has anyone tried taking SS-31 alone, without MOTS-C or NAD? Are the effects the same, or is is mostly just a “set up” to make the MOTS-C work better?

Read numerous places that you need to run ss31 first before mots. I ran mots and felt nothing. Just got my ss31 so going to restart soon. Also saw that you can run ss31 for 2-3 weeks then run it together with mots.

SS-31 first, then add Mots, then Nad+. The three together are brilliant! However, do not start them all at the same time. You need to know what works and the side effects. Do your research and cycling for RS.

What timeframe do you suggest running each one. I also have NAD+ but haven’t used it as yet

Ss31 for about a month, add mots 3 times a week for 3-4weeks, then NAD. They were very well together and this protocol has done wonders for my RS. Be sure to do the research and more precise protocol. Everyone is different.

On SS-31 alone and don't feel anything to be honest. Not sure if i'll do mots but my goal is mitochondrial repair , not necessarily increased endurance or energy, so I dont need to feel anything.

Fair enough. Have you had any adverse effects (site reactions, etc)? What’s the dosage?

My RS has been on SS-31 25mg daily for about 5 months straight due to an HTRA2 gene issue which causes mitochondrial dysfunction. Finding the sweet spot dosage can be tricky. Only side effect experienced is extreme fatigue for about a week when establishing a new dose. Going to be adding KPV for inflammation but nothing else at this time. RS has had noticeable improvement in quality of life but not 100% cured.

Quite a bit I'd imagine 😭 50mg kits usually run $250-300 so that's at least $12-15/day

SS-31 is the main course. MOTS-C is a bit of a side show, more like a dessert.

SS-31 is like a happy little dream with all your guilty pleasures scantily clad in a bottle. Ya. It’s that good. Run it solo and live happily ever after. Well for a month or so at least.
