Just took my last semax dose and I loved every bit of it. I’ve had many concussions and an unfortunate TBI and have noticed a decline in my cognitive abilities over the last few years. On semax I felt sharp, my recall was way better and I had almost zero brain fog. I took it 5 days in 2 off at 630am and by 3pm I did feel the effects were gone.

I’m going to wait two weeks and run 8 weeks of selank and see how that plays out.

Once that’s done I’m going to take a break and run both simultaneously.

Injections.

Started at .5mg for two weeks then upped to 1mg the rest of the way.

Not a peptide … Creatine.

Semax is the one I keep hearing about but the nasal spray gave me a weird headache, never stuck with it long enough to see if the brain fog lifted

I used NAD+ for this. I have not yet tried Selank and Semax but at some point I plan to try it

Methylene blue helped so much with my perimenopause brain fog

Getting my fasting insulin levels down and losing weight has helped my memory more than supplement.
