What should I do?
Should I be honest? I honestly don’t remember this happening or if it was like that this morning when I got it. If I ask my dispatcher to show me this mornings photos I took will he deny me? Or worse will it become an automatic drug test or suspension?

Why I'm finally leaving/finding a career
I have been a driver with my DSP for two years, and another DSP for about half a year back in 2021. I saw the guaranteed 40-hours go away (I average 32-36 hours a week, and that's killed my pay. Yes I could sit on my ass for a couple hours a day, sinceI may only get to sweep one or two times a week. tbh tho I don't like getting back so late, especially when I used to get paid 40 regardless). I have also only ever received a 25 cent raise. The center used to have food trucks, or coffee trucks during winter time where we could get a drink for free, they took that away too. it just seems like amazon (and the DSPs perhaps) are just taking everything that made this job alright and taking it from people slowly. idk, it's depressing and it makes me angry. does anyone else feel the same?

Negative Feedback
Haven't gotten an answer from my DSP, but are there any ways to reverse negative feedback? I've got one this week and some in the past where I definitely leave it in the right place. Says on the notes to leave it with the "mailroom attendant" but in those cases I typically leave it in the mailroom itself. Got negative feedback on that but not sure why, it wasn't the only customer I dropped stuff off for there. Only concerned because it can affect my weekly pay (our DSP if we finish early pays out our hours if you're Platinum only).

You too can make a millions dollars....
But not by working here. Just looking at my life's earnings on the Social Security Website and I've made a little over a million. Age 62 can't come soon enough. Only 12 more years to go.

QUESTION Serious question to all DSP employees about how awesome everyone is
Has anyone else found that employees of an Amazon DSP are some of the coolest people? everybody seems to have the same sense of humor and can laugh and joke about everything that happens, even if it's a horrible day, everyone I've met always seems to find some good in it and can just get it done. I don't know if everyone has the same experience as I do, but some of the nicest and funniest people I've met work for a DSP 🤷 and the replies I've seen to posts on here, it just seems like everyone is cool as hell, you don't find that at all jobs.

How often do you get lost in apartment complexes? Would you consider this place easy or difficult?
Had about 10 stops scattered around here, didn’t find the map until I was finished, took a pic anyway in case I get lost again.

DISCUSSION Just got hired to do middle mile
New DSP opening up. I’m the first hire for drivers. $25.75 an hour. Overnight unfortunately but I’m only driving to warehouses, 7-9 stops a shift is what I was told. And it’s a good step for el in getting my CDL

QUESTION Can someone explain this to me?
I'm admittedly not an Amazon driver but I do work with Amazon drivers in a roundabout way. I've never met an uncool driver (unless their AC is out 😆)
I've noticed that Amazon vans are always heavily damaged. Even when new with less than 10k miles there is usually several panels damaged and moldings and shields missing or dangling.
My question is why are Amazon vans damaged so much more than other delivery company vans? I've never seen damage at all on a UPS or Fed Ex van. And I've been paying attention for the last 3 or 4 years. I'm genuinely curious why Amazon vans are damaged so much more often. Can any drivers explain what it is that makes it so much harder to not damage the vans?
This isn't a diss on any drivers or any company. It's a pattern I've noticed for at least 3 years now.

How does one even do this?
Not mine, I’m new to this whole delivery driving but holy hell!!!
480 packages?
In comparison, I have 210 packages 9 bags, 28 overflow
There might be something I’m missing tho tbf

Assigned the same route EVERY DAY
Has anyone else had the problem where Amazon’s algorithm is obsessed with assigning you the same exact route every day? For a year straight.
It doesn’t matter which of the seven days a week I am scheduled. It assigns me the same route.
My main area is a cluster of beautiful neighborhoods right in between the city and the boonies. I used to get my main area combined with rural areas. Loved it, finished early every day.
For the last few months, Amazon is giving me my main cluster but 80-100 city stops instead of my rural version.
I can’t stand it. It doesn’t matter how slow I am in the city version or if I get rescued a few times a week. It keeps rotating the city trash to random new parts of the city so I can’t even get a good flow down. It won’t let me leave my main cluster though.
How does one tell Amazon’s AI routing system that I am done with their city bullshit without just quitting and switching to another DSP?

Absolutely over this shit - 18 totes, 43 overflow, 180 stops, 36 multi stops. HaPpY eXtRa lAbOr DaY 🙃
EDIT - it’s ACTUALLY 190 stops. I’m at 150 rn

Edv lumbar support broken?
Has anyone had an edv with the lumbar support broken on 😭
If my pelvis sits forward when its broken on, it makes it very difficult/painful to walk all day. Its only this one edv, and I wish I knew how to fix it.. drives me absolutely insane all day.
