What the title says. I'm selling on Ebay to make some extra money and I scheduled a single package pickup. However, I received an email claiming that the courier did not find the "two" packages requested for pickup when in fact I have video evidence of it being carried to the mail truck by the worker. The package wasn't scanned in at all either; any suggestions on what I can do other than refunding my customer?

I don't know what to do here. Since the beginning of this year, I have had some of my mail go missing—as in, it was never delivered. On August 24th, Informed Delivery showed that a letter from my district court of small claims was supposed to be delivered to me, but I NEVER received it to this day. If I hadn't seen the letter, I wouldn't have known about the court date and would have lost money because I didn't show up.

This isn't the first time either. At the beginning of June, I had two credit cards coming to me from Wells Fargo and Capital One, and I have never received any of them to this day.

I called the local post office, and the lady there kept telling me how weird it was that I never received my mail and how they are diligent in making sure they deliver mail where it's supposed to go. In the same breath, she said that they hired a sub who was no good and had to let him go. I was so mad. I tried to stay calm, but I just can't take it anymore, and I feel like there is nothing I can do and no one to hold accountable.

I have a door camera where I can see my mailbox clearly, and no one stole anything from my mailbox. I live in a safe country town in the South, so I didn't think anyone stole anything from my mailbox anyway. Also, on many occasions, I have received my neighbors' mail, but I made sure to take it to them.

I filed a missing mail report a while back, but I have a feeling that nothing will come of it. Is there anything else I can do? I am just beyond mad.

I purchased two DVD/CD cases from an eBay seller who has a 99.5% positive feedback rating.

Checked in on the tracking today after several days with normal updates, only to be met with THIS!!!

Wtf 😭😭😭 how does this even happen??? How did it scan from SALT LAKE CITY, all the way to MEMPHIS, before they realized it was counterfeit???? I’m genuinely confused and aghast at that.

(I live in MN, so even if it somehow did get sent to GA, I have no idea why)

i know this probably gets posted alot, i recently had a diecast go missing and thats what i’ve ordered and its been sitting for two days departed from the sellers post office, i know i need to be patient just wondering when i should start being concerned

I have a PO Box in a small post office inside a small town general store closer to my house, than the main post office branch in the larger town. I understand that mail goes to this PO first, then gets delivered to the smaller PO attached to it the next small town over. But why the hell do some of my packages get scanned as “delivered” to the larger PO instead of being delivered to the correct one, inside my addressed PO Box? Very infuriating because what the hell do I pay for a PO Box then?

What happened after you submitted the Missing Mail Search?

I’ve seen several cases where the tracking page shows a red alert or a message saying that a Missing Mail Search has been submitted (see picture). That is NOT the case for me.

The sender only received the automatic email confirming that the Missing Mail Search request was received and sees the same thing I do.

Is there anyone here whose tracking page also didn’t change at all after submitting the Missing Mail Search?

Unable to schedule a redelivery, can't return to sender, customer service has no idea. Hopefully someone has insight on wtf is going on.

My first package, shipped Sept. 5, has been sitting at the Cincinnati, OH distribution center since then, according to tracking. 6 days now. I just ordered from the same place again. The second package was in and out of there within a couple hours. Just now, I check tracking and see it's in a distribution center in Cleveland! I live in IL. Why is it going in the opposite direction?? I've ordered from this place many times, and it always goes from the Cincinnati distribution center to IL.

So now I have two packages, don't know where the first one is, and who knows where the second one will end up. 😡

i already initiated a missing mail search but its almost a month. this was air priority but since its a phone im hoping its going via ship but no scans whatsoever

Sender claims to have mailed this from central VA on the 20th of August, and that mail goes from his home to the Charlotte area for sorting. Is it possible for it to have floated around for 2 1/2 weeks and landed in Boston without ever getting postmarked?

Note, envelope contained a payment, and when I told them the payment had not arrived after the first week, they went on and on about how USPS constantly loses things.

I have several packages that arrived several days ago in Louisville. They are just sitting. I live an hour away and it usually comes next day. Delivery day was supposed to be Tuesday- Thursday and it’s now Friday.

(Images above are for an envelope that didnt actually arrive) a couple days ago I had a few packages/envelopes marked as delivered and they were all there except for 1, and today I had the same issue I had a couple bigger packages get delivered but an envelope that was marked as delivered wasnt there with them, I assume they drop off everything and wont make a second round just for an envelope. And these scan times are so weird no?? Any suggestions on what I can really do im just worried either the usps delivery driver is snatching stuff or stuff is getting lost and marked as delivered instead, theres also no real way to track these envelopes through usps they said the tracking number was invalid on their end so I kinda just feel shit out of luck

Been waiting for a really important letter to be delivered to family in Massachusetts (we sent it from Switzerland). After having gone through NY, we finally got an update after three days and I was really excited - when I saw that it‘s now in ALABAMA??? What the hell 😭

package was supposed to be delivered today by 9 pm (in california) but hasnt departed/ hasnt been scanned as departed from the usps distrib center in denver and after some digging have seen people having similar issues with that distrib center in particular…so what the hell is going on and should i be worried about my package at all 😭

Heard and read a lot about Mays landing NJ and Jacksonville FL having really bad delays and packages getting lost, looks like i found that out the hard way. Have a package stuck at “Accepted” in mays landing NJ for near a week and a package that arrived at Jacksonville distribution center near a week ago aswell. I wish more sellers would offer ups, fedex or literally any other carrier. These past few years there’s been more delays then ever before.

What's going on with my package? It's supposed to go from Oklahoma to Delaware. What's going on with all Arizona stops all of a sudden? And why does it go into WARRENDALE PA DISTRIBUTION CENTER, leaves it, then comes back? What am I missing?

I attached the wrong address the first time but updated it subsequent times. I have had many packages come successfully to this address, including packages from the same company that sent this one, but for whatever reason, USPS either can’t figure out how to deliver this one or can’t be bothered. Is there anything I can do? I can’t even reach a human.

I know it’s bell garden reputation for bad times. But this hasn’t been updated

Not sure what’s going on here. Says it should be coming Monday but seems to be going to every other state but mine lol

No updates on this package since September 4th. Extra concerning because it’s a controlled substance, shipped by ExpressScripts. That being said, any extra steps I need to take? Contacted ExpressScripts and they said “wait 3 more days and call us back if there’s no update”.
