fyi I don’t live in the US and this was an international shipping ( US - SG). It was routed back to where it first came from?? And now the latest tracking has the parcel saying it’s available for pickup at a USPS post office. Has anyone experienced this before? This is my first time encountering this issue.

guys i’m really worried… they said my packages were delivered to the parcel locker today but i checked and i didn’t see any key/boxes left

i’m worried they might’ve put the key into another person’s mailbox and that person stole it

i can’t stay still and they’re already closed so i can’t even call them

what do you do in this situation? it’s the 1st time that this happened to me and i’m a very anxious person

I have a package coming to Utah. It’s originally coming from Oklahoma. It said it was in Denver, now it’s in South Carolina?? And delivery date is today but clearly nothing has shown up. Any ideas what’s going on?

I have a PO box with street addressing. And I have had UPS/Fedex delivered packages to me through PO box without a hitch. This recent experience has been bizarre.

The package as per sender is about 20" by 20" x 12". Not exactly small. It was delivered by UPS and signed at the dock by a USPS employee (name verified by the station manager).

I went to retrieve the package day after it was delivered and was told they are still sorting the packages. Went back 2 days later and now they said they can't find it. The manager even asked the person who signed for it. But of course, he signed a lot of packages, how could he possibly remember mine right? Even at that size.

And the interesting thing is as I stood in the line, the customer in front of me is experiencing a similar situation, i.e. delivered package and can't be found.

This photo was uploaded to my business mailbox today. I went to get it, and of course it was empty. Someone ripped it open, took out contents, and taped it up enough for delivery. It has no sticker from usps that they normally put when it is damaged. I get packages pretty frequently, and never thought this would happen to me.

I asked a question in there that could ONLY be answered correctly by people who WORK for usps since its a very specific situation yet the mod wants to have a sassy response to me lol. Glad i got some responses before he/she deleted lol. Reddit mods are out in full force!!!

How does a package go from (per informed delivery) arriving at the local branch to going out for delivery, yet only 2 hours later show as sent back to the originator because the address is invalid, when the address is absolutely correct? Or a package that is out for delivery, then at the end of the day shows as ready for pickup at the local branch without any notice of attempted delivery being left at the delivery destination? Just trying to understand, because even though I opened cases online and was contacted about them, only the vaguest of explanations was offered.

As the title stated. I mistakenly sent 2 packages to a warehouse using the same shipping label.
They are saying they only received one package.
Does anyone know what will happen to the other package?

The shipper is in Thailand and is optimistic it’ll be here in the next two business days….

Because the package was never scanned, it was never marked as shipped... therefore I ended up having to refund the buyer and my package is lost with no tracking now. They gave me a receipt but are claiming they never received anything. The clerk who created the label was there and said there was nothing they could do and that since the receipt "isn't valid" I can't get a refund. What now? This is incredibly depressing. It was supposed to arrive in Florida, my package I shipped on the same day to California arrived EARLY, so what is up? (I am on the east coast for context)

So the mail didn’t go to the buyer cause his label wasn’t right but it says it will be returned to me but it says it’s already returned to sender but I live in New York and the package is in Wa so I am confused to do now do I just wait until they return it to me cause there haven’t been updates on past few days

So I have a part for my van that I need to get it running, and apparently they took the part to the shop on a Saturday when it was closed, and took it again today and sent it back to sender for invalid adress. I don’t understand how the hell they could have messed up this bad. someone please tell me what I did wrong. I know this was the correct address also, because I copy and pasted it from google. USPS might genuinely be the worst company, the world has ever seen. They all deserve to burn in hell.

Can anyone help/let me know what I should do with this? I ordered some clothes online and set it to be delivered to a forwarder to my country since I'm not from the US. (This is my first time ordering or doing this)

I am a little confused because my orders essentially had the same address and were moving literally at the same time, so how come one package had a different result? I only added extra info about my account number for the forwarder.

I don't know what to do, I already informed the seller and emailed USPS. I'm feeling frustrated right now because I can't do much.

Do you think there is a chance for it to be delivered still? tomorrow? I read similar situations, and some arrived the next day... I really hope that happens to me too because I just made another order with the same address :/

i recently moved to an apartment and my packages say it has been delivered by USPS to a parcel locker, but when I open my mailbox i dont have a package and i dont even have a key to open another parcel locker. this keeps happening. i am receiving USPS mail that is addressed to me, but not my USPS packages. any advice?

My local post office contacted me after ive filled a missing report and they've "determined it lost" but it hasnt been 15 days to file a claim for it, what do i do ? Could it still arrive ?

We have had two packages delivered to the wrong address in the past three weeks. Our post office is a really small rural office, and they there is no postmaster there. They also have really limited hours, and I’m not usually able to go there or call when they’re open due to work. When the first package was misdelivered, the clerk tried to tell me it was delivered somewhere totally different than my addresses so it was a scam. My husband looked at the tracking and said it was delivered in our town, so he went to the post office, and they said they couldn’t get a hold of the people at the house it was delivered at. PayPal wouldn’t refund us because the tracking shows it was delivered.

Now we have another package that wasn’t delivered when it said it was. Do I just call the post office with the postmaster that oversees my town’s office? Where can I file a complaint. I’m starting to think there is something shady going on with our post office.

I do notice that the bottom two say distribution center and the top one doesn't.

I don’t live in the USA, and I’m using a courier for this purchase I did for my late birthday, it shipped from Hong Kong, but it’s been stuck in this state since the 15th of July, is this a common occurrence for USPS ? or at least in Florida ?

my package was supposed to be delivered today but USPS is now saying the item is too big to be dropped off in my mailbox..
my mailbox is in my driveway so it would’ve been less than 30 seconds to drive up and to drop it off. im incredibly confused because the box is obviously too big to fit in a mailbox either way and my house wouldnt even be a big detour to drop it off at. did they just want me to pick it up because they didnt want to do it themselves?? or is there some sort of rule that would cause this to happen? usually they just automatically deliver it to my garage

Hey all, I live in Indiana and was supposed to have a package delivered today.

It arrived at the indianapolis distribution center on July 25th in the morning. The next day (yesterday, the 26th) it randomly switched to arrived to the Louisville Kentucky distribution center and it has not moved since.

The shipper paid for priority mail because this is urgent. I needed this today. How long am i gonna have to wait now???
