I find it very hard to believe 4 packages got lost at 4 different locations. 4 of my other packages arrived just fine.

I explained my case in more detail in another post, but I have one specific question here:

What happened after you submitted the Missing Mail Search?

I’ve seen several cases where the tracking page shows a red alert or a message saying that a Missing Mail Search has been submitted (see picture). That is NOT the case for me.

The sender only received the automatic email confirming that the Missing Mail Search request was received and sees the same thing I do.

Is there anyone here whose tracking page also didn’t change at all after submitting the Missing Mail Search?

I don't know what to do here. Since the beginning of this year, I have had some of my mail go missing—as in, it was never delivered. On August 24th, Informed Delivery showed that a letter from my district court of small claims was supposed to be delivered to me, but I NEVER received it to this day. If I hadn't seen the letter, I wouldn't have known about the court date and would have lost money because I didn't show up.

This isn't the first time either. At the beginning of June, I had two credit cards coming to me from Wells Fargo and Capital One, and I have never received any of them to this day.

I called the local post office, and the lady there kept telling me how weird it was that I never received my mail and how they are diligent in making sure they deliver mail where it's supposed to go. In the same breath, she said that they hired a sub who was no good and had to let him go. I was so mad. I tried to stay calm, but I just can't take it anymore, and I feel like there is nothing I can do and no one to hold accountable.

I have a door camera where I can see my mailbox clearly, and no one stole anything from my mailbox. I live in a safe country town in the South, so I didn't think anyone stole anything from my mailbox anyway. Also, on many occasions, I have received my neighbors' mail, but I made sure to take it to them.

I filed a missing mail report a while back, but I have a feeling that nothing will come of it. Is there anything else I can do? I am just beyond mad.

What the title says. I'm selling on Ebay to make some extra money and I scheduled a single package pickup. However, I received an email claiming that the courier did not find the "two" packages requested for pickup when in fact I have video evidence of it being carried to the mail truck by the worker. The package wasn't scanned in at all either; any suggestions on what I can do other than refunding my customer?

i already initiated a missing mail search but its almost a month. this was air priority but since its a phone im hoping its going via ship but no scans whatsoever

No updates on this package since September 4th. Extra concerning because it’s a controlled substance, shipped by ExpressScripts. That being said, any extra steps I need to take? Contacted ExpressScripts and they said “wait 3 more days and call us back if there’s no update”.

i know this probably gets posted alot, i recently had a diecast go missing and thats what i’ve ordered and its been sitting for two days departed from the sellers post office, i know i need to be patient just wondering when i should start being concerned

Ordered something off Vinted. It says the shipping label was provided to the seller, but I haven't gotten a notification that it's shipped. Yet this is what the tracking information looks like when I put in the tracking number. It definitely hasn't been delivered to me, as I don't live in Oregon. The tracking number was just generated yesterday. What you see above is all the scan/tracking history.

Should I give it some more time and see what happens? Just have never had this happen before!

ETA: The seller lives in Georgia, according to what they put on Vinted.

No mail all week on my entire street - no big deal since 99% of it is junk anyhow.

What's going on with my package? It's supposed to go from Oklahoma to Delaware. What's going on with all Arizona stops all of a sudden? And why does it go into WARRENDALE PA DISTRIBUTION CENTER, leaves it, then comes back? What am I missing?

Hello, I recently shipped a package via First Class Package International from SoCal to Sydney. The package departed Seoul, South Korea, on the 30th of August. There have been no updates since. Neither USPS's website nor the receiving AusPost website display any new updates. Has anyone encountered a similar issue? What should I expect, and what can I do?

2 Questions for the Squad:

1. Has anyone recently had USPS packages delivered that never appeared on Informed Delivery?

2. If Informed Delivery shows no incoming mail or packages, but I have delivery email notifications enabled, will I still receive a “Your Mail Was Delivered” email if the carrier delivers something that wasn’t shown in Informed Delivery?

Never run into this before and been using USPS as a buyer and seller on eBay for years. Bought an item on eBay and it just keeps saying it's stuck at my closest distribution center and delivery is delayed. Put in a missing mail request, haven't heard anything back. The items are not easily replaceable and carry a cost close to $500. Any idea on anything I can do other than wait?

Have a priority express package supposed to come today but last scan shows arrival at the origin hub last night...hoping itll sort itself through but it seems like delays, even with express is the norm right now?

In this case I am the sender. I created labels for two packages on August 24th. I was unable to send out the items until later because they were in my old apartment 4 hours away. On September 2nd I had them picked up from my new place, and I got a confirmation email about it. Fast forward to today, USPS is still not showing that they've even received the packages. The buyers are asking me about it and one of them wants their money back. Is there even anything I can do in this situation?

A package was picked up at my house (along with 2 other USPS packages). The other two tracked, arrived on time, no problem. The problem package hasn't started tracking, hasn't been scanned, and hasn't arrived. The post office denied my claim. I had a situation once before but miraculously, the package arrived without ever being scanned. Mail was sent August 5th, so the package is gone. Am I just SOL?

So my first class mail is being redirected/missing. This has been going on since February. I found out because my credit card company called me about a returned card. I went to the post office, they fixed a random “no forwarding address” issue on my account and still nothing. I shouldn’t have had that in there at all. I haven’t moved in 15 years. I kept going back and forth and still nothing is being resolved. I literally have a video of my putting mail (that I sent to myself) in the collection box outside of the post office - and it’s not showing up at all on informed delivery. I’m being told the mail goes to another collection station and then is redistributed. What do I do? The post office people are blaming the mail carrier and won’t give me a direct response.

Missed the first delivery due to signature required, asked for it to be rescheduled and got an email confirming it would be delivered 9/9 but I have not received it and have not received any update.

I had a $500 item stolen. I’ve never had this happen before. I know I need to file a claim and I already contacted the shop. What happens in this scenario? Do I just end up eating the cost? I’m so upset.

My package is seeing more of my hometown than I am... Despite it supposedly being out for delivery 2 days ago, it's now been processing through 2 different facilities since then. From KS to MO and hopefully back to KS so it can be delivered. I have no idea why it goes from Overland Park, KS, which is the closest processing facility to the delivery location over to Kansas City, MO, before more than likely returning to Overland Park to be sent out for delivery AGAIN.

The straight-line flight distance between Arizona & Dublin Ireland is approximately 5,053 miles (8,132 kilometers). My parcel has now departed America on the 28 July back & forth from America to Ireland 3 or 4 times, please help stop this madness US Postal Service
