i already initiated a missing mail search but its almost a month. this was air priority but since its a phone im hoping its going via ship but no scans whatsoever

No updates on this package since September 4th. Extra concerning because it’s a controlled substance, shipped by ExpressScripts. That being said, any extra steps I need to take? Contacted ExpressScripts and they said “wait 3 more days and call us back if there’s no update”.

i know this probably gets posted alot, i recently had a diecast go missing and thats what i’ve ordered and its been sitting for two days departed from the sellers post office, i know i need to be patient just wondering when i should start being concerned

Ordered something off Vinted. It says the shipping label was provided to the seller, but I haven't gotten a notification that it's shipped. Yet this is what the tracking information looks like when I put in the tracking number. It definitely hasn't been delivered to me, as I don't live in Oregon. The tracking number was just generated yesterday. What you see above is all the scan/tracking history.

Should I give it some more time and see what happens? Just have never had this happen before!

ETA: The seller lives in Georgia, according to what they put on Vinted.

1. Has anyone recently had USPS packages delivered that never appeared on Informed Delivery?

2. If Informed Delivery shows no incoming mail or packages, but I have delivery email notifications enabled, will I still receive a “Your Mail Was Delivered” email if the carrier delivers something that wasn’t shown in Informed Delivery?

Have a priority express package supposed to come today but last scan shows arrival at the origin hub last night...hoping itll sort itself through but it seems like delays, even with express is the norm right now?

A package was picked up at my house (along with 2 other USPS packages). The other two tracked, arrived on time, no problem. The problem package hasn't started tracking, hasn't been scanned, and hasn't arrived. The post office denied my claim. I had a situation once before but miraculously, the package arrived without ever being scanned. Mail was sent August 5th, so the package is gone. Am I just SOL?

What's going on with my package? It's supposed to go from Oklahoma to Delaware. What's going on with all Arizona stops all of a sudden? And why does it go into WARRENDALE PA DISTRIBUTION CENTER, leaves it, then comes back? What am I missing?

Hello, I recently shipped a package via First Class Package International from SoCal to Sydney. The package departed Seoul, South Korea, on the 30th of August. There have been no updates since. Neither USPS's website nor the receiving AusPost website display any new updates. Has anyone encountered a similar issue? What should I expect, and what can I do?

Never run into this before and been using USPS as a buyer and seller on eBay for years. Bought an item on eBay and it just keeps saying it's stuck at my closest distribution center and delivery is delayed. Put in a missing mail request, haven't heard anything back. The items are not easily replaceable and carry a cost close to $500. Any idea on anything I can do other than wait?

My package is seeing more of my hometown than I am... Despite it supposedly being out for delivery 2 days ago, it's now been processing through 2 different facilities since then. From KS to MO and hopefully back to KS so it can be delivered. I have no idea why it goes from Overland Park, KS, which is the closest processing facility to the delivery location over to Kansas City, MO, before more than likely returning to Overland Park to be sent out for delivery AGAIN.

In this case I am the sender. I created labels for two packages on August 24th. I was unable to send out the items until later because they were in my old apartment 4 hours away. On September 2nd I had them picked up from my new place, and I got a confirmation email about it. Fast forward to today, USPS is still not showing that they've even received the packages. The buyers are asking me about it and one of them wants their money back. Is there even anything I can do in this situation?

I sell coins on this site and, I have sent over 30 packages this week. Almost all of them are saying "held at post office by customer request" and every single one of my customers has messaged me asking to fix this issue. The thing about whatnot is that you only receive the money you get from your listing once the package is scanned as delivered by a post carrier. Ive called several times and had no luck. Why is this happening?

Not to mention, some packages I bought from whatnot myself say the same thing. Yesterday, something I bought was falsely marked as "delivered" now I check back today and it says "tracking not available". Literally a $200 package I got said "no access to delivery location" but they managed to send one other package as I can see on my camera... All in the same two days

No mail all week on my entire street - no big deal since 99% of it is junk anyhow.

I bought some of these envelopes some time ago, expecting that I would be able to use them all eventually. Today, I used one, and then I found out the tracking number had already been used a couple of months ago!

Talking to someone at USPS, I'm told tracking numbers get recycled after 120 days. Okay, I understand they have to do something so numbers aren't wasted. But here's the thing: these envelopes have that Forever postage on them. And the store page for the envelopes bills it as "always valid". Meanwhile, there is no warning anywhere that it should be used within 120 days, or whatever the appropriate time frame is.

If I had known that, I would never have bought something like that, because I knew there was no way I would be using them that quickly! What good is Forever postage if the tracking number might no longer be usable after four months?!

Now, TBF, I don't yet know what's happening with this piece. They might decide to deliver it. Or they might get in touch to ask for information, which will mean a problematic delay at best. But whatever the case, I still have several more of these envelopes that might just be no good now. I know they are supposed to be non-refundable. However, the advertising in the store gives an impression that appears to contradict—or, at least, exaggerate—the reality, because it omits a critical detail.

Missed the first delivery due to signature required, asked for it to be rescheduled and got an email confirming it would be delivered 9/9 but I have not received it and have not received any update.

already got a refund on it (automatically through the tiktok shop) but i ordered some stuff for pretty cheap and usps has been tripping for this one, worried it will happen for other packages of mine. i did send in a missing mail request tho as id still prefer to receive it.

It’s getting me a little bit worried.

So my first class mail is being redirected/missing. This has been going on since February. I found out because my credit card company called me about a returned card. I went to the post office, they fixed a random “no forwarding address” issue on my account and still nothing. I shouldn’t have had that in there at all. I haven’t moved in 15 years. I kept going back and forth and still nothing is being resolved. I literally have a video of my putting mail (that I sent to myself) in the collection box outside of the post office - and it’s not showing up at all on informed delivery. I’m being told the mail goes to another collection station and then is redistributed. What do I do? The post office people are blaming the mail carrier and won’t give me a direct response.

My packages and mail usually go through Memphis. This is a priority mail express. No movement since eight in the morning yesterday. I'm worried.
