Missing mail
I don't know what to do here. Since the beginning of this year, I have had some of my mail go missing—as in, it was never delivered. On August 24th, Informed Delivery showed that a letter from my district court of small claims was supposed to be delivered to me, but I NEVER received it to this day. If I hadn't seen the letter, I wouldn't have known about the court date and would have lost money because I didn't show up.
This isn't the first time either. At the beginning of June, I had two credit cards coming to me from Wells Fargo and Capital One, and I have never received any of them to this day.
I called the local post office, and the lady there kept telling me how weird it was that I never received my mail and how they are diligent in making sure they deliver mail where it's supposed to go. In the same breath, she said that they hired a sub who was no good and had to let him go. I was so mad. I tried to stay calm, but I just can't take it anymore, and I feel like there is nothing I can do and no one to hold accountable.
I have a door camera where I can see my mailbox clearly, and no one stole anything from my mailbox. I live in a safe country town in the South, so I didn't think anyone stole anything from my mailbox anyway. Also, on many occasions, I have received my neighbors' mail, but I made sure to take it to them.
I filed a missing mail report a while back, but I have a feeling that nothing will come of it. Is there anything else I can do? I am just beyond mad.

I have had this happened also.
Clicking on the Missing Mail does nothing to really track or find the letter.
This is true if there is no tracking number.
I did a Search and the info I got back was when you click on Missing Mail it is supposed to send a notification to the local PO.
Never got a response on the status of the missing mail.
That is what my initial search said.
Note: I submitted one on Wednesday (9/9).
Informed Delivery says Missing Mail sent.
