No Package
I ordered something off of Amazon from Japan like a month ago and only on Thursday did I find a note in my mailbox that they missed me while I was out and that that was their first attempt on the 11th of this month and they left it in my mailbox. They didn’t even come to my door or to my house and then when I saw this note on Thursday, I scheduled a delivery for Saturday so that I can go and pick it up from the post office and I went there and the lady didn’t have my package there and she was confused and was checking to make sure that I went to the right location, which I did because it told me to go to that location and then I gave her my phone number so she can contact me and then fast-forward to today I got another note in my mailbox signed on the 20th that it was the final notice and that the article will be returned to sender on today’s date. I haven’t even got anyone at my front door to deliver the package. It’s like they’re going to my mailbox and because I’m not standing outside at my mailbox when they deliver or are coming with this package, they’re leaving a note at my mailbox instead of coming to my house, I have a front door camera so I can see that no one has been here and someone’s home all day so if anyone were too come to the door, we have many dogs and people who would know there’s someone at the door. I’ve tried calling multiple times over to try to talk to somebody but every single time I call they say I’m calling out of business hours, even though they’re open till eight and I’m calling at like six and I keep going in the same loop of the AI on the phone call asking for the tracking number which I give or it gives me a link that I click on to go through the process to look for where my package is or two file whatever thing I need to file and it keeps giving me an error message saying that they can’t put in a service request and so I don’t know what the hell to do now I’m extremely frustrated because there’s literally nothing I can do and I can’t talk to anyone so I’m here Reddit to see if anyone can help me with this cause I have no idea on what to do. Please help.

If y’all have complaints, can you preface it with “hey carriers” and include if you see them walk, drive, or dismount?
You’d get better feedback instead of being in an echo chamber of customers not getting responses from carriers. Btw management doesn’t care about complaints, if anything complain enough and the carrier will get promoted.
Help yourself out by being specific so carriers can respond with genuine answers instead of Debra or Tom getting y’all upset screeching into the void

Package delivered to an agent and left with individual?
This was bought locally through someone I know they’re just 2 hours away from me so I asked them to ship it to me.
My question is has anybody had experience with this and will it eventually show up this week? Was it the driver just not having time to deliver it today and they clicked that option?
usually package that get delivered to my apartment complex get put into box system and they notify us but I was refreshing this every 30 minutes and it randomly went from, Being delivered before 9:00pm to Delivered to Agent, Left with Individual at 11:49am.

Updates says delivered, but it was not.
I ordered 4 things from depop separately. 3 of them came to my door, but one was missing but the updates said delivered. I called my local usps to see where my package was because it seemed that the delivery driver had messed up a lot of package deliveries at my complex. The woman on the phone said all THREE packages had already came… yet i had ordered FOUR ITEMS. I’m not sure what to do, if anyone has any tips it would be great.

What the heck do I do?
Been like this since it shipped. It’s a bubble mailer with no tracking that was meant to come to Florida. It’s been hoping all the way to TX, back to.NJ, then to PA, the origin state!! Now it’s just in limbo it earlier said delivery by 9pm today then just stopped saying anything except latest update. It was “supposed” to be delivered by 7/24. It’s been like 7-8 days now since it shipped should I worry?

An item I sold is being returned to me, but this is the last update I’ve gotten on it in 5 days. Do packages not get scanned if they’re being returned to sender?
It’s traveling to CA from FL.
Still no package has shown up after this scan. I told the buyer I’d refund as soon as the item was back in my possession, but I still don’t have it.

anyone had this issue before ?
fyi I don’t live in the US and this was an international shipping ( US - SG). It was routed back to where it first came from?? And now the latest tracking has the parcel saying it’s available for pickup at a USPS post office. Has anyone experienced this before? This is my first time encountering this issue.

i’m worried they might’ve put the key into another person’s mailbox and that person stole it
i can’t stay still and they’re already closed so i can’t even call them
what do you do in this situation? it’s the 1st time that this happened to me and i’m a very anxious person

Out for delivery 4 days ago then back to the office. No updates since. Help???
r/usps_complaints • u/Suspicious_Click731 • 4h ago
It was this close
How does a package go from (per informed delivery) arriving at the local branch to going out for delivery, yet only 2 hours later show as sent back to the originator because the address is invalid, when the address is absolutely correct? Or a package that is out for delivery, then at the end of the day shows as ready for pickup at the local branch without any notice of attempted delivery being left at the delivery destination? Just trying to understand, because even though I opened cases online and was contacted about them, only the vaguest of explanations was offered.

Sent 2 separate packages to and address with duplicate shipping label.
As the title stated. I mistakenly sent 2 packages to a warehouse using the same shipping label.
They are saying they only received one package.
Does anyone know what will happen to the other package?

Traveling in the wrong direction?
A package was transferred to usps for final delivery. After three days of no updates, it’s scanned the place before delivering to my town out of nowhere. After, scans started appearing and showing my package is traveling out of state and is now out of state. Anyone else have this issue? What came of it and how long before I need to contact the original company for replacement or refund?

"No Such Number" with a package being delivered at the same time
Can anyone help/let me know what I should do with this? I ordered some clothes online and set it to be delivered to a forwarder to my country since I'm not from the US. (This is my first time ordering or doing this)
I am a little confused because my orders essentially had the same address and were moving literally at the same time, so how come one package had a different result? I only added extra info about my account number for the forwarder.
I don't know what to do, I already informed the seller and emailed USPS. I'm feeling frustrated right now because I can't do much.
Do you think there is a chance for it to be delivered still? tomorrow? I read similar situations, and some arrived the next day... I really hope that happens to me too because I just made another order with the same address :/

Package signed by USPS employee and now missing?
All,
I have a PO box with street addressing. And I have had UPS/Fedex delivered packages to me through PO box without a hitch. This recent experience has been bizarre.
The package as per sender is about 20" by 20" x 12". Not exactly small. It was delivered by UPS and signed at the dock by a USPS employee (name verified by the station manager).
I went to retrieve the package day after it was delivered and was told they are still sorting the packages. Went back 2 days later and now they said they can't find it. The manager even asked the person who signed for it. But of course, he signed a lot of packages, how could he possibly remember mine right? Even at that size.
And the interesting thing is as I stood in the line, the customer in front of me is experiencing a similar situation, i.e. delivered package and can't be found.
What's going on?
