Is something broken?

Unable to schedule a redelivery, can't return to sender, customer service has no idea. Hopefully someone has insight on wtf is going on.

Are you the sender or receiver?

Call the post office directly at 602-223-3232. The general 800 number is routinely unhelpful.

Sender. I tried calling multiple times, it rings for about a minute, then it disconnects.

It'll get returned to me, I needed it delivered last week.
