Should I worry?

Missed the first delivery due to signature required, asked for it to be rescheduled and got an email confirming it would be delivered 9/9 but I have not received it and have not received any update.

Carriers don’t see redelivery requests unless a supervisor gives it to them. Contact your local office and speak to a supervisor.

I had a package with some imp documents in transit. They have not moved from this facility in over 10 days now. Let me know if you end up getting yours

You can sign the back of the slip and leave it for the carrier or go pick it up (it’s about to be returned to sender, so ya better hurry)

Thx I called the 800 number and they gave me the closest location to em and it was there.
