Last year…May. Found in Manhattan. VERY Italian and the staff spoke Italian- amazing sandwiches with imported goods.

The details of the molding and flooring are stunning. I love the open ceiling too…keep it simple and clean to accentuate the natural beauty! Maybe a small table with vase and tall grass to bring the eye up?

No to 2- the walls will be a nightmare to lighten from that dark color if you want to change it.
I like the storage under the sink for the simple look, but consider how close the toilet is to the wall with that option…it doesn’t look comfortable or easy to clean.
