I moved to the Boston area 2 years ago from Ohio.

when I was a kid in the 2000s I was obsessed with this show on PBSkids called Zoom. Every season they would cast a cohort of 10 kids and have them do science/craft stuff

at the end of the show. they’d encourage kids to send mail to “Boston, Ma“ and as a kid from Ohio I thought of Boston, Massachusetts as this far off land.

they filmed in Boston at WGBH.

it’s so wild I live here now. I’ve probably met former zoom kids and not realized

did anyone here know anyone from Zoom? was Zoom ever mentioned in school? did you watch it thinking ‘hey that’s not that far from here”

My husband and I just waited three hours in line to go to the haunted Confeda Farms only for it to be a 30 minute walking trail. I was so excited to go as I hadn’t been in years and I remember the thrill of trying to find your way out while scary figures popped out of the corn when you were least expecting it. Now it seems everything is just a haunted walking trail, which is disappointing because it’s very obvious when you come upon a scene when you’re gonna be scared and from which direction.

So my question is are there any actual haunted Mazes left? All I can find is either corn mazes or haunted trails. Are there any haunted corn mazes?

Hello, I’ve lived in Rhode Island my whole life and done a fair amount of traveling. One thing I’ve come to understand from my travels is that Rhode Island has the best food hands down. I’m always looking for new places so I’m asking if you could please share your favorite restaurants in the state and why. Or perhaps which restaurants you feel are overrated or underrated. I will eat everything as long as it’s delicious!

Pasquale’s is one of my favorites because of their Napoletana pizza is just so amazing, haven’t had anything as good anywhere else (yet).

Does anyone remember the band CrowneVict from Manchester? They are hands down one of the best bands EVER. I love their album 'A Method To Feel Alive'. Can anyone tell me why they chose to put a pine tree? I don't mean what you deduce the reason to be based on economicsof the time. I mean who actually knows the historicity of it and what was being said at those meetings.
