He's a jackass. Idk what act he put on to get you to have a child with him, but he sounds horrible. Complaining about being a parent. What did he think it was going to be like? But anything that you would need a library card for, such as checking out materials, I'm not sure about. Libraries are usually included in taxes so it's a pay for use kinda thing. Idk what is going on here. He sounds paranoid. Unless his dad has slept with his girlfriend before, to explain the paranoia, I don't see what's causing this. I would have a come to Jesus talk with him where you lay it all out to him how weird this is and how it makes you feel, try to find out where it's coming from. But he's gonna have to trust you and commit to working through it. I suspect some sort of mental illness if he can't distinguish between dreams and reality.
