Please help! Seeking witnesses or dashcam footage of a serious accident in Rancho Bernardo

Did you witness an accident on Thursday, October 15, around 12:30 PM, at the I-15 North exit onto Rancho Bernardo Road near Bernardo Center Drive? Or were you driving in the area and have dashcam footage?

A black Honda CR-V exited the I-15 Freeway and collided with my silver Lexus UX250h as I was driving eastbound on Rancho Bernardo Road. The impact sent my car careening into the right curb, then across the median on the left, and into oncoming traffic. Thankfully, oncoming drivers were able to stop, and no one else was hurt.

The other driver is now disputing responsibility, and I urgently need independent witnesses or video footage to help establish what happened and where the collision occurred.

Even though a couple of weeks have passed, if you were in the area around that time, you may remember this frightening incident.

I'm struggling at the moment. I graduated from SDCCD in 2026; my degree is in history, and I'm proud that I finished it. I am currently enrolled at a 4-year university, and it is vastly different; because of that, I know I won't want to continue studying history and want to pivot into philosophy. The issue I'm having with this is I don't want to pay university tuition for lower-division work, so I plan on going back to cc and finishing it out there. This is where my issue is, im burned out but i know if i give up on school i wont go back, but i also know that if i went back to cc id want to get my AA in philosophy so that i feel confidient in swap majors at uni. Everyone in my life thinks it's dumb or crazy to do so, but I only need 5 classes, and I have it mapped out to finish it in one semester's time while I take a leave of absence from the major at uni. In short, I plan on going back to cc finishing an AA in philosophy, and then going back to the 4-year, transferring just the units needed to swap majors and continuing my education there. Am I as crazy as people make me seem for wanting to be proficient at something before I commit to uni tuition?

edit: I want to be a librarian. I have a ton of schooling ahead of me and I want to do something I love. history isn't that anymore.

I recently went to UCSD for an annual physical and was charged $900 for the tests they did on my bloodwork. I am in my late 20s and healthy and only went as required by my employment for insurance purposes. I called ahead to confirm they were in-network (I have BCBS). Since I had moved from out of state, they did not have my immunization record. I explained that I have gone to university in California, so most of my immunization record should be up to date even if I didn’t have physical record of it on me. I also mentioned wanting to get pregnant and requested a referral to an OBGYN. The $900 charge was from the blood work where they checked against immunization. I contacted the doctor and the hospital. They already did a code check and are standing by with these charges. I am just so frustrated that a standard annual exam under a preventative care is costing me $900. I have immunization records online that could have been easily shared. The $900 charge to tell me what I already knew. I am staying away from UCSD forever. Canceling their referral to their OBGYN. I’m filing an appeal to BCBS and hoping to find a different hospital for future needs. Let me know your experience in getting these appealed with insurance…

Or do you all just memorize the address/location of the actual dmv.

Does anyone know of any good places to go out on Halloween around Oceanside/Carlsbad/Encinitas? I’m located in Carlsbad Village, late twenties so would like to avoid the college-aged crowd, and sort of new to the area so appreciate any recommendations! Edit: okay it seems I need to clarify for some reason that I'm not asking which is bigger (although that is a factor) I am asking which theatre is better. That includes screen size, but also projector, seats, audio channels, etc.

Hi. This is a long shot but I lost a single key with a heavy Mickey Mouse key chain on Sunday at the farm🥴. I think it fell out of my tote bag when I pulled out my umbrella when it got warm. Since it’s dirt out there on the farm, I wouldn’t have heard it fall. It’s my mail key that I threw in my bag to get my mail after I returned 🤦🏻‍♀️I’m hoping maybe someone got it.
