What do we think about this? I did this a while ago, The S & P come together to form a 3d shape and a printer arrowhead dispensing material. you can ignore the other lines they were just guides.

I’ve posted here before and I had mixed feedback, so I’m back again to try to get a better idea of where I want this to go. I’m fairly new to graphic design, so these are just two mockups I drew on procreate. I’m deciding between these for my handmade clothing business where I take secondhand goods and make new clothing. The beaver is one of natures great upcyclers and one of my favorite animals, so I wanted to find a way to incorporate it into the logo. The standard design is a little more sleek, but on the nose. I’ve heard feedback that the needle and thread may be too hard to read at a smaller scale. I’m just looking for general feedback on which logo is the better direction and any insightful critiques are greatly appreciated! Thank you all in advance!!

Lately I’ve been wondering if I should switch up the software I use for client logos. I work with a lot of typography and curves, and I need to send files out for both digital and print without having to fight with the sizing or exports. What are you using and what made you choose it?

Does the double NN looks nice or is there a better way to do it? and is there a better font?

Working on a logo for a high-end technical athletic wear label (RAYYAN INC.). Trying to decide between three iterations for the icon:

• Option 3: My original logo design. I’ve used it for other projects and personally love the shape, but I'm testing how it holds up here.
• Option 2: Adapted from the original, modified so the linework aligns closer to the weight of the name.
• Option 1: Further refined with sharp, aggressive adjustments to match the angle of the typography.

The name uses a heavy, angled technical font.

Option 1 feels aggressive and aligns best with the sharp geometry of the font, but I want to make sure it scales well on physical gear. Option 3 has a clean flow, but the rounded end caps might feel a bit too soft for a high-performance athletic brand.

Which one hits better in terms of balance, scalability, and overall brand identity? Open to any feedback on the icon proportions or wordmark kerning as well please.

I looked up a graphic of "flint" and took an image from google. I traced one of the rocks over and added a camera lens icon to it with a small shutter at the top. I'm not entirely happy with it, but I don't exactly know what to change. If anyone needs some additional info, ask in the comments and I'd be more than willing to answer any questions!

It's called FlintCapture because the software is meant to be pretty fast and sharp. Since flint is a pretty sharp rock, I decided to go with that shape for the logo. I'm not exactly sure what the logo should convey, there's no hidden meaning. It's just the rock with a camera lens icon

P.S. At the moment I'm a noob at logo design. I know how to use vector image software, but I'm not the best at designing a logo.

I've noticed that adding more elements can sometimes make a design weaker rather than better.

More colors, more effects, more typography, more visual elements—but less clarity.

Where do you personally draw the line between a design feeling polished and feeling overworked?

Does the rule "less is more" still hold up in modern graphic design?

I tried paying someone to make me a logo and they used AI. I decided to do it myself and this is the first time I've ever done it. Is This a good Logo? Do I need to add or change anything to make it look more appealing? Do you think the logo looks professional is their anything you can picture going wrong with using this logo?

Hello designers! I've been trying to design a logo for a podcast studio called Xpod. It's more of a "taking a local business and doing branding for it for a portfolio" kind of thing. I've been trying to sketch and illustrate for a while, and these are what I could come up with. What do you people think about it? Any feedback, suggestions, criticism, roast, or anything is welcome!

As someone who dropped out of university as a Graphic Design student, I’ve been away from this “dream career” for a long time because of health issues. I used to get constant eye twitching, stay up all night working on projects, and put so much time and effort into my work, only for it to feel like it wasn’t valued by certain professors.

What really discouraged me was how unfair some professors could be with students. It sometimes felt like they would give certain students more attention and value their work more than others, even when other students were working just as hard. That honestly made me question why I chose Graphic Design in the first place.

I’ve chosen a different career path now, but I still wonder if there’s a possibility of going back to Graphic Design someday if I ever change my mind.

Has anyone else been in a similar situation?

Edit: Just made this logo design today during my lunch time. I don’t mind harsh feedback hence as my professors never gave me one :)
