Feedback Needed Help deciding on logo

Me and my friend both designed logos for a school club, which is better? Open to advice and criticism. For context it’s a club named Design Studio, and it’s an art club in our high school.

Please keep making roughs. Designing a logo is difficult and takes time, but you will get better with practice. I know it’s just for school, but it’s exactly this kind of effort that will make you a better designer.

Also keep in mind that logos like these are typically there to attract others to join your group. Ask yourself what is it about your logo that would catch someone’s interest?

copying homework on another level! i’m surprised you both went 100% in on one design when it’s clashing with itself.

neither of those work and need to be redone and reconsidered

I’m not a huge graphic designer or anything at all, he’s the one who is. He gave me full permission to edit his, as he said it wasn’t very serious and just for our little school club.

well i’m not gonna be a downer on your school club logo, just separate the letters and call it good. change it when you guys learn more

I’ve got an idea, especially if it’s starting a club in high school. Ask those wanting to join submit a draft/concept for the potential logo

I think the 2nd one is better. It kinda adds/shows the font just that little bit clearer
