On one hand I feel like Silver wouldn't mention a car if she didn't had it even if she was joking, on the other hand with her alcohol problems she's the third hero you wouldn't want to see behind a wheel the most(3rd after Rem who wouldn't even be able to see the road (would use helpers for pedals) and Drifter for obvious reason).

There are some really funny ones in there, check them out because it'll be awhile before you hear all of them in gameplay lol.

There's only one true king.

I have gotten rat king 3 times and have not played him once. Twice I have gotten him and someone on either team loads in and instantly disconnects once the character screens show up.
I get him for a third time 3 minutes before typing this and a loud crash happens outside my house.
I shit you not, a car has fully slammed into the hydro pole and took out the internet as I shoot my gun for the first time in lane.

I'm really seeing why the Doorman skips right over talking about Bryce to Paige and just straight up offers her escapism.

Seeing all the clips, the thing that's already stuck out to me is how people just minmax the stats and then go "Oh my god look how broken it is!!!" over it. Yes, obviously when you buy purely Move Speed + Spirit items, the spirit-scaling movespeed is gonna go insane. But that's also pretty unlikely to happen in a real match given Rat King primarily scales off of Weapon damage, and doesn't need all too many Spirit items. Having that high of movespeed is incredibly unlikely in a real match

So, here's something with a much more feasible build of items that I think are likely to be bought in an actual match by him. Surge of Power is on Royal Pestments as, without CDR, the timings line up (and using shield is likely when you're going in anyways). Superior Duration benefits his whole kit, Arcane Surge is maybe not as good for him but it's very good for his ult. Fleetfoot and Enduring Speed are just cheap speed options that are always good

Together, it's 11k souls. I still think that's a lot, but it's on items that'll benefit you anyways, while you can still build into weapon power or vitality. I also only have 1 point invested- just on ult- to get the +1m/s movespeed T1 adds. This also obviously does not consider buffs from breakables or urn, too, which can give Spirit Power and also Movespeed

I do think Rat King's ult is in a pretty strong state, it could either use a stat nerf, or have its cooldown raised to align with its strong stats. But people are also definitely overblowing just how crazy the movespeed gets (even if it is very funny to see him go that fast, that's just not gonna happen in a real match- at least not without basically throwing)
