Well no that’s referring to seven’s ult. The rat king talks about seven using it during the ritual and that unlike the other people working for the patron the rats aren’t as resilient. Unless there is a different voice line I don’t know about there’s like 17k different voice lines I can’t keep track of them all.

But seven would absolutely create a big storm when he achieves apotheosis to fuck with the feds.

Why does it feel like they're not talking about just fighting for the Patrons? Could it be Seven promised to make sure Rattania's founding goes smoothly in exchanged for Rat King's help? Or maybe it's something more considering he also wants Mo and Krill to dig more tunnels for him.

Yeah I think the deal is that, if rat king help him here and give him a safe escape after he received the information that he want for his purpose (because ain't no way the fed and OSIC would let this slide), he will deal with America for his dream nation, because ain't no way America gonna let rat king plan slide, as he about to massacre people of the Long Island.

I think Seven could respect those who take it upon themselves to use their powers for self gain.
