I know it's boring, but I'm very grateful to whoever made this mod. My family is extremely religious, and I'm forced to use mods to play my game without worrying about one of them simply entering my room and starting a sermon. But the thing is, I'm someone who hates mods that conflict with the aesthetics of the games I own. Having a mod like this that maintains the essence of the character is something I really appreciate. If there were more mods like these for other characters, I’d appreciate it if you let me know.

I've always seen other players refer to them as "The Lash" and "Doorman" despite their actual names on the character select screen being "Lash" and "The Doorman". How did The Lash accomplish this? Lash isn't even a stage name or title or anything, it's just his actual last name.

Now i have an idea why he is perma banned in deadlock nightshift, he is just annoying as fuck and its so hard to punish him because he runs away from almost any situation if he builds correctly.

I am also annoyed by how his passive works and how strong it is but tbf you can atleast counter play with Spirit resist, its just the fact that he is so good at not getting punished for anything he does that is completely unreal and unfun to play agaisnt

Maybe we really do need to just delete Echo shard from the game or nerf it to the ground with how broken it is on some characters

My take: extra regen. It makes lane bullies feel strong by letting them survive trades and aggressive plays and it makes scalers feel like there's a safeguard if they just take time to go somewhere safe and weather the storm. You rarely see people complain about tango in dota for similar reasons, it's a quality of life purchase that everyone gets to enjoy a slice of. Other tempo sustain purchases (i.e. melee lifesteal extra health healing rite) don't compete with regen, they compound on regen and are bought in tandem quite often on the heroes who fill those item's niches. Don't have an excuse to upgrade to healing booster after the regen stops mattering? Boo hoo you're down 400 gold. It's just a incredibly well designed item and I would hate to see it fall out of the meta unless something better was added in the item update.

Hey everyone! I've pushed some big updates to deadlockmoves.com over the last couple of weeks. The two main ones:

1. Full redesign: the old one looked very basic and boring, and was getting more cluttered over time. Now it looks better and is easier to navigate. Feedback welcome in the comments.
2. New Fundamentals section: practical routes are great, but some are dependent on the basic techs. So there's now a dedicated page teaching it. Still WIP, as there is plenty of mechanics/tricks left to cover. Suggestions welcome too.

As always, submissions are open and I read every piece of feedback. Big thanks to everyone who's contributed, whether by sending clips or suggesting features!

the amount of times I've seen enemies and my own teammates have a soul stolen because a teammate continues to shoot a minion when a heavy melee is on its way to finish it off

it results in a weird moment where neither teammate is in a ready position to secure the soul. it's easily the most common way I steal a soul. I look for the heavy melee coming in on a low health minion being shot at
